Braunecker gained 15 yards on his two receptions in the Bears’ playoff loss to the Eagles. Braunecker is set to become a restricted free agent this offseason, so he’ll likely return to Chicago in 2019.

Austin Ekeler catches three passes in the Chargers’ playoff loss.
Ekeler gained 19 yards on his three receptions in the Divisional Round loss to New England. He didn’t receive any carries in the game, as the Chargers were forced to throw the ball after falling behind by multiple touchdowns early. The Chargers tried to get the ball to Ekeler on a double-move for a potential touchdown in the second half, but it was covered well by the Patriots. Entering his third NFL season, Ekeler will be among the top handcuffs in fantasy behind Melvin Gordon, and he’ll have standalone value in both standard and PPR formats.

Mitchell Trubisky, Bears lose to the Eagles in the Wild Card Round, 16-15.
Trubisky was 26/43 for 303 yards, one touchdown, and zero interceptions, also adding three carries for nine yards. The Bears had a chance to win on a last-second field goal attempt from 43 yards away, but Cody Parkey hit the upright and crossbar, ending Chicago’s season. It was a little surprising that Matt Nagy didn’t have Trubisky run a little more than he did against a defense that had struggled against mobile quarterbacks, but perhaps getting dinged up in the first half led to more passing for the North Carolina product. Still, Trubisky made good throws all night (though there were a few dropped interceptions), and the future is clearly very bright. If the connection with Allen Robinson (10/143/1 on 13 targets) continues to develop this offseason, Trubisky should be a QB1 in 2019.

Chris Moore did not catch a pass in the Ravens’ playoff loss.
Moore was targeted on a Lamar Jackson interception on his lone target against the Chargers. It went off his hands, but was a high pass that certainly wasn’t an easy reception. Entering a contract year in 2019, Moore will remain a reliable contributor in the Ravens’ receiving corps next season, but he obviously won’t have much fantasy value if he remains the team’s No. 4 receiver.

Spencer Ware catches one pass in Chiefs’ playoff loss.
Ware gained 21 yards on his lone reception in the AFC Championship Game loss to the Patriots. It was a great diving reception on a key play in the fourth quarter, but the Patriots ultimately got the ball first in overtime and went right down the field for a game-winning score. Ware had missed the last four games with a hamstring issue, but Damien Williams dominated playing time tonight and remained the clear No. 1 running back for Kansas City. Williams looks poised to be the team’s starter in 2019, but Ware might be able to make this more of a committee backfield considering his past success in the Chiefs offense. The 27-year-old is a free agent, but we’d think the Chiefs will try hard to keep him on the roster.

Chris Conley held without a catch in AFC Championship Game loss.
He was targeted once. The former third-round pick will now enter unrestricted free agency, and he probably would need a change of scenery to reach his potential, as the core of Tyreek Hill, Sammy Watkins, and Travis Kelce are locked in as Kansas City’s top playmakers. Conley won’t turn 27 until October.

Jordan Akins caught two passes for eight yards in Saturday’s loss to Indy.
Akins and the rest of the tight ends struggled to make an impact in a game that the Colts dominated. Despite being a third-round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, Akins turns 27 this spring, and there’s no guarantee he opens 2019 with a significant role in Bill O’Brien’s offense.
