Join now >Justin Jackson scores first career touchdown in Chargers’ win.
With Melvin Gordon (knee) out, Austin Ekeler started the game and received most of the work in the backfield, but he struggled to get much going against a tough Steelers defense. However, Jackson gave the offense a jolt when he entered the lineup, as the rookie running back showed great patience and vision with his touches. He had eight carries for 63 yards and a touchdown along with one reception for 19 yards in the Week 13 win. If Gordon misses another game, it’s possible Jackson becomes the lead runner with Ekeler working more as a complimentary runner like he is with Gordon. Jackson should be one of the top waiver-wire pickups this week if he’s still available.

Josh Allen nearly leads Bills to victory over the Dolphins.
Allen was 18/33 for 231 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions along with nine carries for 135 yards. Both touchdowns were to Zay Jones, with the first coming on an absolute laser to the back of the end zone on the run for 15 yards. One interception came on a Hail Mary attempt at the end of the first half, and overall it was a very good game for the talented rookie quarterback. At the end of the game with one last chance and his team down by four points, Allen scrambled around and heaved a pass to the end zone that Charles Clay couldn’t come up with; it was a wobbly pass that Clay went to his knees for, but it’s one that should have been caught. Allen has 234 rushing yards the last two games, making him the first quarterback since 1951 to run for that many yards in a two-game span. He has fantasy point totals of 25 and 28 the last two games, and he’ll offer QB1 upside next week against the Jets.

Philip Rivers leads Chargers’ primetime comeback victory.
The Chargers were limited to seven points in the first half against the Steelers at Heinz Field, but Rivers helped lead his team to 18 fourth-quarter points and a game-winning field goal as time expired to improve to 9-3 on the season. Rivers was 26/36 for 299 yards and two touchdowns; he also had a two-point conversion pass. Nearly half of his yardage was to Keenan Allen, who had 19 targets and 14 receptions in the game; but he hit Travis Benjamin on a 46-yard score in the first quarter (which was controversial because of a non-call on a false start), and Mike Williams came up with a few big receptions, too. Rivers remains on-fire right now, and he’ll be one of the better quarterback options to open the fantasy playoffs in a great matchup with the Bengals in Week 14.

Ryan Griffin catches one pass in Week 13 win.
It went for 12 yards. Griffin isn’t a recommended fantasy option as he splits time with Jordan Thomas and Jordan Akins.
12/3/18 - 10:57 AM ET
Malik Turner catches one-yard pass in win over the Niners.
It was his only catch of the game. Turner isn’t a recommended fantasy option as the team’s No. 5 wideout.
12/3/18 - 01:25 PM ET
Jordan Akins catches 13-yard pass in win over the Browns.
It was his only catch and target of the game. Akins isn’t a recommended fantasy option in a three-man committee at tight end.
12/3/18 - 10:56 AM ET
Nick Vannett catches one pass in Week 13 win.
It went for four yards. Vannett probably isn’t worth considering as anything more than a low-end TE2 in the fantasy playoffs. He gets the Vikings next week.
