Join now >Jimmy Graham goes over 100 yards in win over the 49ers.
Graham caught five-of-nine targets for 104 yards, including a couple key chunk gains in a comeback victory. It’s clear that Aaron Rodgers and his new tight end still aren’t always on the same page, but overall, Graham has been a very good addition despite one touchdown grab through six games. The 31-year-old gets a tremendous matchup against the Rams when Green Bay returns from their Week 7 bye, so consider him a top-five play for a potential shootout.

Ricky Seals-Jones leaves game with apparent forearm injury.
Attempting to recover a Josh Rosen fumble, Seals-Jones slammed his forearm/wrist area on an opposing player’s helmet. He is headed to the locker room, and his night is almost certainly over. Before leaving, Seals-Jones caught two passes for 12 yards.

Kendrick Bourne catches one pass against the Packers.
Bourne’s lone reception in the Monday night loss went for 22 yards. The 23-year-old receiver is more of a real-life asset than fantasy option at this point.

DaeSean Hamilton (knee) is out for the rest of tonight’s game.
Hamilton took an illegal hit while he was trying to field a punt, and his leg was turned awkwardly. Being ruled out immediately isn’t a good sign, but at least Hamilton was able to walk over to the sideline under his own power. Hopefully the rookie receiver’s injury isn’t too serious, but more information should become available in the next day or so.

George Kittle catches four passes in Niners’ loss.
Kittle gained 30 yards on his four receptions (six targets) versus Green Bay. C.J. Beathard and Kittle nearly connected on a big third-down late in the game, but the pass to the flat was slightly overthrown while Beathard was under pressure. The good news is Kittle played a full slate of snaps despite dealing with a knee injury coming in, so the injury isn’t really a concern right now. Kittle will look to have a bigger game in Week 7 against the Rams, and he remains a strong TE1 option in fantasy lineups.

Mohamed Sanu (hip) did not practice today.
The Falcons play on Monday night, so this is the team’s first practice of the week. We’ll see if Sanu can get into tomorrow’s practice in some capacity. The veteran receiver might not need any practice time to be in the lineup against the Giants, but we’ll monitor his status throughout the week.

Davante Adams goes off in Monday Night Football win.
Adams caught ten passes for 132 yards and two touchdown as Green Bay defeated San Francisco, 33-30, on a last-second field goal by Mason Crosby. The Packers trailed for most of the night, but they scored ten points in the final two minutes, and Adams was a huge factor with a game-tying 16-yard score and then a couple grabs (plus a drawn penalty) on the game-winning drive. The coverage was definitely questionable late in the game for the Niners, but Adams made plays, and Aaron Rodgers’ No. 1 receiver will be a great WR1 for a couple potential shootouts (@ LAR, @ NE) when Green Bay returns from their Week 7 bye.
