In a tough environment in Lambeau Field against the Packers, Beathard again showed his poise and toughness, playing a really solid game for the Niners. Beathard was 16/23 for 245 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception along with three carries for 21 yards. The second-year quarterback was great under pressure, and both touchdowns were to speedster Marquise Goodwin down the field, including a 67-yarder on a dime. Beathard continues to play well, but he’s not a recommended fantasy option next week against the Rams.

T.J. Yeldon (foot/ankle) officially returned to practice today.
It was a limited participation for Yeldon, but that’s been the course for him. With Leonard Fournette (hamstring) likely out again, expect Yeldon to lead Jacksonville’s backfield against the Texans in Week 7. He’s an RB2/FLEX option this week.

Derek Carr isn’t going to miss any time with his left arm injury.
This was fully expected, especially with the Raiders on a bye this week. Expect Carr to be in the lineup closer to 100% for Week 8 against the Colts. He’ll offer top-ten upside in that matchup, along with some obvious risk given the turnover woes to this point.

Russell Shepard (neck) was limited in today’s practice.
The Giants are probably looking for Shepard to step up as the clear No. 3 receiver with Cody Latimer on injured reserve, but we’ll track his status throughout the week to see if he can play on Monday night.

Cooper Kupp (knee) is week-to-week.
Rams head coach Sean McVay says Kupp is likely to miss this week against the Niners. Despite Kupp returning to yesterday’s game in Denver, this isn’t a surprise. The second-year receiver is dealing with a relatively bad knee sprain, so expect him to miss at least Week 7 and potentially more. This is a blow to Jared Goff and the Rams offense overall, but Josh Reynolds has the ability to step up and play well in Kupp’s absence. Robert Woods and Brandin Cooks—Woods in particular—are likely to become even more of a focus of the passing attack, and the Rams could also go with more two-tight-end sets during Kupp’s absence. Obviously, you should keep Kupp rostered while he’s out.

Rhett Ellison (foot) is a full participant in practice.
Ellison should be ready to go on Monday night after missing last Thursday’s game with a foot injury. With Evan Engram (knee) also looking good for Week 7, Ellison is not a recommended fantasy option against the Falcons.
10/18/18 - 03:19 PM ET
The Falcons hope Mohamed Sanu (hip) can play in Week 7.
While Sanu didn’t finish yesterday’s game against the Buccaneers, he appeared to be happy on the sideline, which could indicate he doesn’t believe the injury will force him to miss much more time. For now, consider Sanu questionable for Week 7, but we expect he’ll be able to suit up one week from tonight against the Giants.
