Join now >Mark Walton handles two touches in Week 5 win.
Walton was thought to be in for an extended role with Giovani Bernard (knee) out and Joe Mixon coming off an injury of his own, but Cincinnati immediately fed their starter with 25 touches. The Miami product is nothing more than a short-term handcuff.

Larry Fitzgerald catches two passes against the Niners.
Fitz’s two receptions (three targets) went for 20 and 15 yards, making his total stat line come to two catches for 35 yards. The future Hall of Famer could explode for a big game against his hometown Vikings team in Minnesota next week, but he’s a low-floor fantasy option in a bad offense.

Alex Erickson caught three passes for 24 yards in Sunday’s win over the Dolphins.
Erickson saw extended playing time with John Ross (groin) inactive, but he isn’t a recommended fantasy option behind A.J. Green and Tyler Boyd. The 25-year-old will look to make an impact against the Steelers next Sunday.

Chase Edmonds gets one carry in Week 5.
Edmonds’ lone touch went for -1 yards. The rookie running back isn’t a reliable fantasy option at the moment.
10/8/18 - 12:15 PM ET
C.J. Uzomah caught two passes for 43 yards in Sunday’s win over Miami.
Uzomah was the only Cincinnati tight end to catch a pass in the first game without Tyler Eifert (ankle), and it looks like he is the guy to own ahead of Tyler Kroft. That said, he isn’t a must-own (even at a thin position), as the offense runs through A.J. Green, Joe Mixon, and Tyler Boyd. For what it’s worth, next week against the Steelers could turn into a shootout.
10/8/18 - 12:02 PM ET
Derek Carr, Raiders fall to 1-4 with 26-10 loss to the Chargers.
Carr was 24/33 for 268 yards, one touchdown, and one interception, also adding a five-yard rush. The turnover was a terrible one, as Carr tossed an ill-advised throw over the middle on first-and-goal from the one-yard line, and like Jon Gruden said after the game, he seems to be pressing. Overall, the 27-year-old is doing a fine job moving the offense, but he won’t be for long in Oakland if he continues making head-scratching mistakes. Carr gets a good matchup back at home in Week 6 with the Seahawks coming to town, but he absolutely needs to take care of the ball against their opportunistic defense. Consider him a decent QB2 option for fantasy purposes.
10/8/18 - 12:15 PM ET
Tyler Boyd held in check as Cincinnati improves to 4-1.
Boyd caught four-of-seven targets for 44 yards in the 27-17 victory over Miami. The 23-year-old was probably impacted by his team scoring twice on defense, but it was still a slight disappointment in a week that looked promising for him as a WR2/FLEX play. That said, Boyd has a prime opportunity to bounce back and continue his early-season success when the Bengals host the rival Steelers in Week 6, which could turn into a shootout. He’s a quality FLEX option in all formats.
