Leonard Fournette | Free Agent RB

Leonard Fournette leaves Divisional Round game with an injury.

On a first-down reception in the second quarter, Fournette appeared to injury his lower leg area while making a spin move on a Steelers defender. The rookie running back immediately went over to the sideline and appeared unable to put much pressure on the leg. Fournette is headed to the locker room, and he’d be a huge loss if he is unable to return to the game. The bruising runner already has two touchdowns in the first half.

Donte Moncrief | Texans WR

Wide receiver Donte Moncrief plans to sign with the Jaguars, according to Adam Schefter.

This one is a bit of a surprise, as the Jaguars have a crowded receiving corps even after letting Allen Robinson head to Chicago as a free agent. Adding Moncrief, who is still only 24 years old (he will be 25 in August), should create competition among the young group of receivers in Jacksonville. If all goes according to plan, the signing should become official in the next day or so.

Lance Dunbar | Free Agent RB

The Rams released running back Lance Dunbar.

Dunbar had a knee injury that limited him to just four games during the regular season, and he just never became a big part of an offense dominated by Todd Gurley. Dunbar is only 28 and will get interest as a solid receiver out of the backfield.

Latavius Murray | Free Agent RB

Latavius Murray scores in wild win over the Saints.

Murray rushed 19 times for 50 yards and a touchdown, which came from one yard away in the second quarter. He also caught two passes for 17 yards. The Saints did a nice job clogging the rushing lanes, particularly in the second half, but Minnesota was able to win on the final play of the game in miraculous fashion. The Vikings will likely feed Latavius in next week’s NFC Championship Game against the Eagles.

Chris Ivory | Free Agent RB

Chris Ivory is inactive for today’s playoff game against Pittsburgh.

With T.J. Yeldon back in the lineup after missing last week with an illness, the Jaguars have opted to make Ivory inactive for the Divisional Round. Rookie Leonard Fournette is expected to get a huge workload in the game, with Yeldon mixing in mostly in passing situation.

Josh McCown | Free Agent QB

Josh McCown has re-signed with the Jets on a one-year, $10-million contract.

There has been talk all day about New York going after Teddy Bridgewater, but McCown is a veteran presence that they know is a great guy to have around—not to mention he played really well last season. Signing the soon-to-be 39-year-old doesn’t necessarily preclude the Jets from still going after Teddy, though, as Bridgewater is still just 25 and could be seen similarly to some of the top quarterback prospects in this year’s draft. McCown’s spot on the depth chart this fall will depend on what else the Jets do in the coming days and weeks.

Jarvis Landry | Free Agent WR

The Browns are acquiring wide receiver Jarvis Landry from the Dolphins.

The trade won’t become official until the start of the new league year on Wednesday. According to multiple reports, Cleveland is sending over two draft picks in exchange for the high-volume receiver (NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport says it’s one pick in 2018 and one pick in 2019), and the team will almost certainly be hammering out a huge long-term extension with Landry soon. Landry will slide right into the slot for the Browns in what could be a potentially dangerous receiving corps with former All-Pro Josh Gordon, 2016 first-round pick Corey Coleman, and 2017 first-round pick David Njoku all in the mix. A lot of Landry’s fantasy value will depend on the quarterback situation with the Browns, but he’s a good bet to be a great asset in at least PPR leagues again after he set the record for receptions for the first three years of an NFL career.
