Stills caught three passes for 28 yards, as he was impacted by DeVante Parker’s return to the lineup. He will have some big games, but he’s better left on the waiver wire heading into a matchup with Carolina.

The Packers cut tight end Martellus Bennett, according to Field Yates.
Green Bay cut Bennett with the failure to disclose designation, according to Yates, and the team might’ve simply had enough of the veteran tight end—they can now try to get their money back after he signed his three-year, $21 million contract this offseason. Remember, Bennett is on his fifth team in his ten years in the league—there’s a reason teams haven’t tried to keep him around. Bennett already announced a couple weeks ago that this season would be his last, and it’s possible his NFL career is over. If another team picks him up (he can be claimed off waivers, but it’d be a surprise if that happened given his contract and retirement talk), it’s unlikely to lead to him having much fantasy value down the stretch.

Damien Williams scores against the Raiders.
With Jay Ajayi now in Philadelphia, Williams started the game ahead of second-year back Kenyan Drake. Williams carried seven times for 14 yards and caught six passes (on six targets) for 47 yards and a touchdown. The score came on a pass to the flat where he took a hit, spun out of it, and dove into the end zone. Drake (nine carries for 69 yards and a fumble) ran better overall, so he might get most of the carries moving forward. However, Miami’s offensive line is having trouble protecting Jay Cutler and giving him time to make plays down the field, so expect Williams to remain involved in the passing game at the very least. He’s shown throughout his career that he’s a more than capable receiver out of the backfield.

Demaryius Thomas (hamstring) did not practice today, Broncos head coach Vance Joseph said.
It’s only Wednesday, so there’s nothing to be too alarmed about. Thomas was in Sunday’s game almost until the very end, even with Denver down big, so it’s probably not too serious. DT did come up gimpy on one play in the second half, but he remained in the game after. We’ll monitor his practice status throughout the week, but expect Thomas to be out there on Sunday night against New England.

Jarvis Landry scores in Week 9 loss.
Landry caught six passes for 32 yards, including a six-yard touchdown reception in the third quarter. At the season’s midway point, Landry is on pace for a 112/860/8 line. He’s obviously a better PPR option than non-PPR option for the second half of the season. Miami travels to Carolina for Week 10.

Eddie Lacy (groin) has been ruled out for tomorrow night.
It was going to be hard for Lacy to play after just injuring his groin early in Sunday’s loss to the Redskins. Thomas Rawls will now have the opportunity to run away with the starting running back job for the Seahawks, and it’s possible he’ll handle 15-20 carries versus the Cardinals. Rawls will be an RB2/FLEX option for Week 9, and Lacy should be considered week-to-week.

DeVante Parker makes sensational one-handed grab in return from ankle injury, but Dolphins lose to Raiders.
Parker caught five passes for 76 yards, as Jay Cutler spread the ball around and had five different players with at least five receptions, but the best play of the night came on a one-handed reception that he dove backwards for and somehow got down in bounds. A true monster, Parker should be in lineups every week as a high-end WR2. He gets the Panthers in Week 10.
