Seth Roberts get two targets against Miami.

Roberts caught both targeted, gaining 28 yards on his two receptions. He’s a good player and makes key plays for the Raiders, but Roberts’ role simply isn’t big enough to be a reliable fantasy option.

Mike Evans’ one-game suspension has been upheld.

This was fully expected. Evans will now miss Sunday against the Jets, with DeSean Jackson working as the number one receiver with Ryan Fitzpatrick starting at quarterback. Rookie receiver Chris Godwin is someone else to keep an eye on, especially in deeper leagues. Evans will be back in Week 11 versus the Dolphins.

Michael Crabtree catches three passes in Week 9.

Crabtree was targeted four times against the Dolphins, gaining 40 yards on his three receptions. Crabtree did also have a key drop for a would-be first down right after Amari Cooper did the same thing, but it didn’t end up costing the Raiders. Crabtree is on a bye in Week 10, so make sure he’s out of your lineup.

Ryan Griffin has been activated to the Buccaneers active roster.

With Jameis Winston out a few weeks, Griffin will now backup Ryan Fitzpatrick. If you watched HBO’s ‘Hard Knocks’, you know Griffin injured his shoulder during the preseason and was placed on Injured Reserve. Ideally, Griffin won’t have to make starts this season, but he does have good ability—it’s why Tampa Bay wanted to keep him around after the injury.

Johnny Holton catches long touchdown in Week 9.

This was Bolton’s second reception of the season, but he’s made them both count. In Week 4 against the Broncos, he caught a 64-yard touchdown, and this one against Miami was for 44 yards. Holton isn’t a fantasy option, but he’s a very good situational deep threat for Derek Carr and the Raiders.

The Texans released Matt McGloin.

McGloin was signed late last week after the unfortunate season-ending knee injury to Deshaun Watson. Houston has signed quarterback Josh Johnson to their roster as a corresponding move. McGloin will almost certainly get another opportunity at some point.

Amari Cooper gets nine targets against the Dolphins.

Cooper caught four passes for 58 yards against Miami, and his nine targets tied a team high with tight end Jared Cook. Cooper did have another drop in this one, but overall it was a fine game. He gets the Patriots after the team’s Week 10 bye.
