Join now >Corey Clement scores three touchdowns in Week 9.
The undrafted rookie continues to impress, and he continues to make it a head-scratcher that all 32 teams passed on him in the draft. Clement carried 12 times for 51 yards and two touchdowns while adding one reception for 15 yards and a touchdown against the Broncos. Denver had a strong defense, but Clement and the Eagles ran all over them. The rookie became the first Eagle since Brian Westbrook in 2008 to have two rushing and one receiving touchdown in one game. He’s not yet a recommended fantasy option, but Clement is a big contributor to the Eagles in real life.

Deonte Thompson scores in Week 9.
Thompson was targeted a team-high ten times against the Jets, catching seven passes for 81 yards and a touchdown, with the score coming on a 26-yard go route late in the game. Though the Bills were passing a ton at the end of the game while down big, it’s still good to see Thompson make plays like he has been recently. With Kelvin Benjamin set to make his team debut next week, however, Thompson won’t be a recommended fantasy option.

Tevin Coleman scores agustin the Panthers.
Coleman didn’t appear to be getting much work in the game, and he carried five times for five yards. But late in the game, the Falcons finally got him more involved, as they threw a quick screen when he was split out, and the dynamic back took it for a 19-yard touchdown. Atlanta probably needs to get Coleman much more involved as a receiver, as he can take short routes the distance as well as run deep routes against linebackers that can’t keep up with his speed. Coleman is on pace for 126 carries, 632 rushing yards, two rushing touchdowns, 32 receptions, 396 receiving yards, and four receiving touchdowns. The third-year back is averaging 5.0 yards per carry and 12.4 yards per reception—he simply needs to get more touches.

Mike Tolbert gets seven touches against the Jets.
Tolbert carried four times for three yards and caught three passes for 13 yards. He’s an important player for Sean McDermott and the Bills, but Tolbert is not on the fantasy radar right now.

Marlon Mack rushed nine times for 29 yards in Sunday’s 20-10 win over the Texans.
Mack was out-touched by Frank Gore 20 to nine, and he was notably held without a reception, though the Colts did lead throughout. The fourth-round pick might not see the majority of touches until the fantasy playoffs at the earliest, but he still provides good upside as a bench stash. Indianapolis hosts Pittsburgh next Sunday.

Jets shutdown Bills running game in Thursday night victory.
The Jets’ front dominated in their convincing AFC East win, limiting LeSean MCCoy to 12 carries for 25 yards while also holding him without a reception (one one target). Aside from McCoy’s 13-yard run where he had to bounce it way outside after not getting much blocking up the middle, the veteran back couldn’t get anything going in this one. He did leave the game early for a brief time with a groin issue, but he was in there at the end and seems fine. This was McCoy’s worst game of the season, but he’ll look to bounce back in Week 10 against the Saints.
11/2/17 - 11:55 PM ET
Devonta Freeman gets 15 touches in Week 9.
Freeman didn’t appear limited by the shoulder issue that made him limited to start the week of practice, and he carried 11 times for 46 yards while adding four receptions for 18 yards. Carolina did a nice job limiting Atlanta on the ground, as the Falcons gained 53 yards on 18 total carries in the game. Through eight games, Freeman is on pace for 228 carries, 1,024 rushing yards, ten rushing touchdowns, 38 receptions, and 274 receiving yards. He gets the Cowboys in Week 10.
