Join now >DeValve catches two passes for 14 yards in Thursday night’s preseason game.
He started the game but played longer than most of the other starters. DeValve will likely work in tandem with first-round pick David Njoku this season, but the rookie is the the clear preferred fantasy option.

Malachi Dupre leaves first preseason game on stretcher.
Unfortunately, Dupre took a huge hit and was near-motionless for a few seconds before being carted off the field. Thankfully, Dupre appeared to be OK once they got him on the stretcher as he gave thumbs up to the crowd, and he tweeted that he’s fine and thanked people for their support. Dupre had two receptions for 16 yards before the injury.

Jeff Janis catches touchdown in preseason game.
Janis ran down the sideline and got open in the end zone as Brett Hundley hit him in stride during the second quarter of the game versus Philadelphia. The 20-yard touchdown was his only reception of the game. Janis is probably on the roster bubble this year in a deep receiving group for Green Bay.

Ricardo Louis records 10-yard reception in preseason opener.
Louis looks in position to win the third receiver job (excluding running back Duke Johnson) for the Browns. He will try to lock things up over the next two weeks, starting next week against the Giants.

Britt held to one catch in Browns debut.
The veteran receiver had a chance at a touchdown early on, but Brock Osweiler didn’t give him a chance to win a jump ball in the end zone. Britt’s lone catch went for four yards. We’ll see what he can do next time out against the Giants, where he might get a chance to play with DeShone Kizer.

Davante Adams looks good in preseason game against the Eagles.
Adams, who had a great game against Philadelphia in the regular season last year, had two receptions for 26 yards in limited action in the first quarter. As has become routine for him, Adams made a couple of tough catches. There’s no reason to believe he shouldn’t have another good season in 2017 as a follow up to his breakout 2016.
8/11/17 - 10:45 AM ET
Corey Coleman caught two passes for 11 yards in the preseason opener last night.
Coleman also rushed once for four yards. It’s good to see the second-year receiver back on the field after battling some hamstring issues in the offseason. He is the Browns most explosive player on offense, and will be one of the better late-round receiver options in fantasy drafts. Coleman will have a good challenge next exhibition as Cleveland takes on the New York Giants.
