Join now >Calvin Ridley (foot) is officially inactive for Week 9.
While Falcons interim head coach Raheem Morris express optimism regarding Ridley’s status, it was going to be tough for the dynamic receiver to play after not practicing all week (partly because Friday’s practice was canceled). Hopefully this is just a one-game absence for Ridley.

Keenan Allen (illness) will play today, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
This was the expectation after Allen reportedly tested negative for COVID-19, but worth noting nonetheless since Los Angeles plays in the late-afternoon slate. Allen will be a solid WR1 once again.

The Browns have placed Baker Mayfield on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Cleveland is currently on the bye, but Mayfield will now be on the clock to get cleared for Week 10 against the Texans. The third-year quarterback has a chance to be back in the building by Wednesday.

The Ravens activated Dez Bryant to the active roster.
It’s a bit of a surprise this is happening so quickly, but the Ravens have apparently liked what they’ve seen from the former Pro Bowl receiver in practice. Dez has had a long road back to playing, as he hasn’t appeared in a game since 2017 when he was with the Cowboys.
11/7/20 - 04:41 PM ET
The Cardinals activated Maxx Williams from injured reserve.
Williams has been out since late September with his ankle injury, but he’ll be back for tomorrow’s matchup with the Dolphins. Williams will have a role in Kliff Kingsbury’s offense, but it’s difficult to trust the big tight end in Week 9 fantasy lineups.

Keenan Allen (illness) has been added to the Week 9 injury report.
It appears this would be a non-COVID related illness for Allen, who is now questionable for tomorrow against the Raiders. The bad news for fantasy owners is that the Chargers don’t kickoff until the late-afternoon games, so it’s possible Allen’s status is unclear before you’d like to get your lineup set for Week 9.
11/7/20 - 04:03 PM ET
The Lions activated Matthew Stafford from the reserve/COVID-19 list.
This was the hope when Stafford went on the list for being a close contact to someone with COVID-19, and the veteran quarterback will indeed be ready to go after multiple negative tests throughout the week. Keep in mind that Stafford was unable to practice this week because he had to stay away from the team, but his presence should be a boost tomorrow against the Vikings.
