Join now >The Giants signed Eric Tomlinson.
Tomlinson spent part of last year with the Giants, and now he’s back in the mix for new head coach Joe Judge in New York. Tomlinson will likely mostly contribute as a blocker for the Giants.

The Vikings re-signed Ameer Abdullah.
Abdullah got some touches on offense toward the end of last season when Dalvin Cook was dealing with his shoulder issue, but the former second-round pick will likely mostly contribute as a returner again in 2020. Outside of rare scoring formats that reward points for kickoff return yardage, Abdullah does not need to be held in dynasty leagues.

The Eagles exercised Zach Ertz’s 2021 team option, according to Tom Pelissero.
Pelissero notes that it’s a procedural move, and there may be an extension in the works. For his part, Ertz has made it known he wants to play in Philadelphia for his entire career, so it will be interesting to see what kind of money he gets if/when the team extends him. Next year’s option will pay Ertz slightly more than $8 million, which is noticeably less than what Austin Hooper (four years, $44 million) got from Cleveland on the open market this month.

The Packers are re-signing Tyler Ervin, according to ESPN’s Field Yates.
Green Bay claimed Ervin off waivers last season, and he immediately contributed in the return game in particular for a playoff team. Look for Ervin to mostly work on special teams in 2020, but he will likely also mix in for some snaps on offense.

The Jaguars signed Terry Godwin.
After he was drafted in the seventh round by the Panthers last season and then waived at final cuts, Godwin landed with Jacksonville and spent the season on the team’s practice squad. It’s a good sign that the Jaguars are bringing him back, and the Georgia product will look to win a roster spot this summer.

The Redskins are signing Cody Latimer, according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.
This is a nice landing spot for the former second-round pick of the Broncos, as he’ll have a chance to compete for playing time in a Washington offense led by a new coaching staff. Latimer spent the last couple of years with the Giants.

The Cardinals re-signed D.J. Foster.
Foster has spent the past few years in Arizona, and he’s back in the mix with Kilff Kingsbury’s offense. Foster will look to win a roster spot and carve out a role among Cardinals running backs this summer.
