Join now >The Saints re-signed Dwayne Washington.
Washington has a found a good home in the NFL, and he’ll look to continue contributing to New Orleans in 2020. From a fantasy perspective, Washington likely needs injuries in front of him to become a factor in a backfield led by Alvin Kamara and Latavius Murray.

The Seahawks plan to move D.K. Metcalf around more in 2020.
Seahawks offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer says the team has discussed how to help take the ultra-talented Metcalf to take his game to the next level in his second NFL season, and he says that the “No. 1 thing” is that they know they can move him around the formation more after he was mostly locked in at the X receiver spot as a rookie. Schottenheimer added that moving Metcalf around “will complement the things that he’s already put on film,” stating that it will be “an incredible, incredible advantage for us.” It sounds like Seattle is extremely optimistic about Metcalf’s potential to emerge into one of the top playmakers in football, and he’ll be an interesting player to watch in 2020 after recording 900 yards and seven touchdowns during his first NFL regular season.

The Seahawks withdrew their exclusive rights tender on Malik Turner.
Turner now becomes an unrestricted free agent, but unfortunately it comes deep into the start of free agency and just ahead of the draft. Hopefully Turner can land in a good spot and win a job this summer. After going undrafted out of Illinois in 2018, Turner spent the past two seasons with Seattle.

The Chargers are signing Donald Parham, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Rapoport says Parham choice Los Angeles over five other teams, and the tight end is the latest former XFL player to sign with an NFL squad. Parham stands at six-foot-eight and will look to develop into a great red-zone threat for the Chargers, and he’s someone to keep an eye on in dynasty leagues. The 22-year-old caught four touchdowns in five games in the XFL.

Hunter Henry is signing his franchise tag today, according to Ian Rapoport.
This was fully expected to happen, and Henry will be on the field this season for the Chargers as a big piece on offense. The conservative style of Tyrod Taylor might impact Henry from a fantasy perspective, but being healthy is what’s really important for his value, and he should be drafted as a midrange TE1 based on talent no matter who is under center in Los Angeles.

The Panthers are signing Christian McCaffrey to a four-year extension, according to ESPN.
The deal will reportedly make him the highest-paid running back in league history at $16 million per year, as Carolina’s new regime led by Matt Rhule is locking up the former No. 8 overall pick to remain the centerpiece of an offense that may surprise in 2020. Last season, McCaffrey had 1,387 rushing yards, 15 rushing touchdowns, 1,005 receiving yards, and four receiving touchdowns on his way to an overall RB1 finish, but it will be interesting to see if the volume decreases at all as the franchise hopes to keep him fresh for the long haul. That being said, McCaffrey has proven to be an absolute ironman that doesn’t seem to ever tire, and he is expected to enter the summer as the consensus No. 1 overall pick in most fantasy leagues.

The Steelers have signed Saeed Blacknall.
Blacknall was a standout for the Los Angeles Wildcats in the XFL, and he will now get another shot to make an NFL roster. If he can stick around, the 24-year-old is certainly someone to keep an eye on behind the starting trio of JuJu Smith-Schuster, James Washington, and Diontae Johnson.
