Adam Thielen (hamstring) has been ruled out for the rest of today’s game.

The Vikings have ruled Thielen out to start the second half, indicating his injury is at least relatively serious. Before leaving, Thielen had a spectacular diving catch for a 25-yard touchdown (the play he was injured). Minnesota has a short week with a Thursday game against the Redskins in Week 8, so it might be tough for Thielen to get ready for the team’s next game.

Matt Breida is being evaluated for a head injury.

Breida is in the blue medical tent getting looked at by trainers. Hopefully he’s able to get back on the field soon, but we’ll update you as more information becomes available on his status. Jeff Wilson and Raheem Mostert should handle more work behind Tevin Coleman while Breida is out.

Will Fuller (hamstring) has been ruled out for the rest of today’s game.

This isn’t a surprise after Fuller did not return in the first half, and he’s been ruled out at the start of the second half. Before leaving, Fuller had one reception for six yards. It might be tough for Fuller to play next Sunday against the Raiders, but we’ll monitor his status leading up to Week 8.

Delanie Walker (ankle) os officially active against the Chargers.

Walker was listed as questionable on Friday, and his practice activity led to some doubt with his status; but he’s good to go for Week 7. As usual, Walker is in the TE1 mix at a shallow position.

Kerryon Johnson (knee) is officially questionable for return for the Lions.

Johnson is now wearing a brace on his knee, so it looks like his day might be done. We’ll update you if the promising second-year back returns, but if his day is over it ends with five carries for 23 yards. Rookie Ty Johnson appears to be set for most of the backfield work with Kerryon out for Detroit.

Rex Burkhead (foot) has been downgraded to out for tomorrow night.

Burkhead looks like he won’t be making the trip to New York for the Monday night game against the Jets. Sony Michel and James White will continue handling most of the backfield work for the Patriots, with Brandon Bolden mixing in.

Ito Smith gets carted off against the Rams.

Smith was trying to protector the passer, and he unfortunately appeared to take a hit to the head and was carted off the field. The good news is Smith was moving around before he went on the cart, but his day is almost certainly done. Before leaving, Smith has one carry for seven yards.
