Join now >Kyle Juszczyk has a sprained MCL.
The Niners fullback is expected to miss four-to-six weeks with the injury. It’s a big loss for San Francisco in the short term, but at least this isn’t a season-ending knee injury. The offense will have to get by without Juszczyk for now, but they’ll get a boost when he returns to the lineup. Juszczyk’s injury doesn’t have huge fantasy implications, but the entire offense is better when he’s available.

Will Dissly will have surgery on his Achilles tomorrow, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
The Seahawks hadn’t come out and confirmed it was a torn Achilles, but this confirms that Dissly will miss the remainder of the season. This is Dissly’s second consecutive year with an early season-ending injury to start his career, and it’s really unfortunate for a player that’s played so well when he’s been on the field. Dissly should be ready to go for the start of next season, and he still has a very promising dynasty-league outlook.

Brandin Cooks (concussion) remains limited in practice.
Cooks is still in concussion protocol, and it’s tough to predict whether he’ll get cleared in time for Sunday. However, a limited practice the last couple of days at least shows that he’s made progress, and we’ll update you with his status when the final Week 6 injury report is released sometime tomorrow.

Albert Wilson (hip/calf) is officially active for Week 6.
This is Wilson’s first game since Week 1, and it’ll be interesting to see how he’ll be used in Miami’s offense. Wilson is not a recommended fantasy option yet, though.
10/13/19 - 11:35 AM ET
Tevin Coleman (ankle) is officially active tonight.
49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan said he was optimistic that Coleman would be able to play, and the dynamic running back is ready to go against the Browns. Jeff Wilson Jr., who had become the team’s primary back deep in the red zone in the last couple of games, is inactive. Coleman is immediately a strong FLEX option for Week 5 if you were waiting to use him, and he has the talent and upside to work himself into an RB1/RB2 depending on the number of touches he gets in a crowded backfield.
10/7/19 - 06:51 PM ET
Jakeem Grant (hamstring) is officially listed as questionable for Week 6.
Grant was limited in practice all week, and he’s probably a gametime call for Sunday against the Redskins. However, Grant is not a highly recommended fantasy option if he does return to the lineup.
10/11/19 - 02:06 PM ET
Darren Sproles (quad) is officially questionable to return for the Eagles.
It’s unclear when Sproles was hurt, but he’s headed to the locker room to get looked at. With the Eagles in full control of this game against the Jets, don’t expect the veteran running back to return today. Before leaving, Sproles had three carries for four yards.
