Join now >Devin Singletary (hamstring) officially practiced fully for the Bills.
Coming off the bye week, Singletary looks like he’s ready to return after missing the previous three games for Buffalo. The rookie running back showed flashes in his first two NFL games, and he’s worth a pickup wherever available if you have roster space. We’ll let you know if anything changes, but Singletary should be good to go for Week 7 after practicing fully today. He’ll be an immediate FLEX option in a great matchup against the Dolphins.

George Kittle (groin) is officially active against the Rams.
Kittle popped up on the Week 6 injury report with a groin issue, but he’s good to go for the 49ers. There’s reportedly concern that Kittle might not be able to finish the game, but we wouldn’t keep him out of fantasy lineups. He can still be treated as an elite TE1.

Will Dissly has an Achilles injury and will not return to Sunday’s game.
Dissly is likely done for the year, which is a crushing blow for him and the Seahawks. The second-year tight end missed most of his rookie year with a leg injury, and he’s scored four times in five games before today. Veteran Luke Willson is next up at the position. Hopefully this injury isn’t as bad as expected.

Darren Sproles (quadricep) has been officially ruled out for Week 6.
This was fully expected, and you can consider the veteran running back week-to-week for now. Sproles missed almost all of last season while dealing with multiple injuries, and the Eagles will take things slow with him.

Tyreek Hill (shoulder) is officially questionable for Week 6.
The Chiefs are said to be optimistic about Hill’s chances of getting cleared to play against the Texans this Sunday, and this questionable tag indicates he has a decent chance to suit up for the first time since Week 1. Chiefs head coach Andy Reid says the All-Pro will be a gametime decision. Last week, Hill was ruled out ahead of the weekend, so he’s at least making considerable progress. Keep in mind that Kansas City has a game next Thursday night, so Hill will have a short week to get ready for Week 7, which could potentially have an impact on his availability this Sunday.

Chris Herndon is dealing with a hamstring injury.
Herndon was running routes on his own last Friday, and Jets head coach Adam Gase said he suffered a “legit” hamstring injury—so it sounds like this could be a lengthy absence, and he should be considered week-to-week. The team’s starting tight end will not practice today, and he seems unlikely to play in Week 6, but we’ll update you if he’s able to hit the practice field tomorrow or Friday. This is a tough break for Herndon and the Jets after the second-year player was just returning from his four-game suspension. The Jets have not had much luck this season, and this is just the latest setback.

A.J. Green (ankle) was officially limited in Wednesday’s practice.
Green got in limited practice last week but wasn’t particularly close to playing, so fantasy owners will probably need to see him get in a full session on Thursday or Friday if he’s going to be counted on to possibly make his debut this weekend, as the 31-year-old won’t play at less than 100%. We’ll provide updates the rest of the week, but if Green does end up playing against Jacksonville, he’d be an immediate WR1.
