Join now >The Lions are signing Jeff Driskel, according to Ian Rapoport.
Detroit released Josh Johnson earlier this morning, but they clearly want to keep three quarterbacks on the roster by signing Driskel. The former Cincinnati backup should quickly work his way to No. 2 duties behind Matthew Stafford, and if he ever makes starts, Driskel would be on the fantasy radar as a mobile passer surrounded by quality weapons.

Vance McDonald (shoulder) is questionable to return against the 49ers.
McDonald might have been injured after he was tackled on his ten-yard reception. We’ll update you when more information becomes available on his status.

Marlon Mack (calf) did not practice today.
This is the second DNP in a row for Indy’s starter, so his status for Sunday’s game against the Falcons is looking very questionable. Hopefully Mack is just being preserved and can get in a limited session on Friday to have a shot at suiting up, but if not, Jordan Wilkins and Nyheim Hines would split the work in Week 3.

Josh Jacobs (hip) is not on the Week 3 injury report.
Jacobs was a full participant in today’s practice and is ready to face the Vikings in Minnesota this Sunday. Despite the difficult matchup, Jacobs should get a nice workload and should be in most fantasy lineups.

Tyrell Williams (hip pointer) intends to play in Week 3, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
Williams is dealing with a hip pointer, so he’s clearly not at 100%. But it sounds like he’s going to tough it out and be out there as Oakland’s No. 1 receiver. The matchup at Minnesota is already tough enough, so a less-than-100% Williams is just a FLEX option in fantasy lineups this week. Williams has 151 yards and two touchdowns through two games this season.

Taylor Gabriel (concussion) officially did not practice today.
Gabriel just suffered his concussion on Monday, so this isn’t a surprise. Hopefully the veteran receiver is feeling better soon, but we’ll update you with his practice status tomorrow.

The Dolphins will start Josh Rosen at quarterback on Sunday, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Head coach Brian Flores reportedly made the decision this afternoon, as it makes sense for the 0-2 Dolphins to give Rosen as much playing time as possible and either sink or swim. This move has little significance when it comes to the rest of the Miami offense from a fantasy perspective, but the Dolphins are likely hoping Rosen shows enough to swing in a trade for a first- or second-round pick after the season.
