Join now >Demaryius Thomas caught three passes for 61 yards in his Texans debut.
Thomas was able to bring in all three of his looks, with two of them coming on the game’s opening drive for 46 yards against his former team. It was a good sign for his fantasy prospects to be immediately involved, and DT should become a bigger factor coming out of the Week 10 bye with a better grasp of Bill O’Brien’s offense. He should have weekly FLEX value in all formats down the stretch.

Marcus Mariota leads Titans to Monday night win against the Cowboys.
Mariota was 21/29 for 240 yards and two touchdowns along with ten carries for 32 yards and a touchdown. He also lost two fumbles (one on a strip sack and one on a hand-off attempt), but overall it was a very good performance from the fourth-year quarterback. As usual, Mariota showed great movement through the pocket and gave his receivers opportunities to make plays, and he uses his playmaking ability to make plays with his own legs late in the game, including a nine-yard touchdown run on a scramble up the middle to put his team up two touchdowns. The bye week appears to have helped Mariota, who played without a glove on his right throwing hand and appears to be closer to 100% despite dealing with some nerve damage from his early-season elbow injury. Mariota has a tough matchup next week against the Patriots, who will likely try to contain him and force Tennessee’s receivers to create separation.

Randall Cobb contained as Green Bay falls to 3-4-1.
Cobb caught five passes (on six targets) for 24 yards, working mostly near the line-of-scrimmage in a 31-17 loss. Perhaps the veteran still isn’t 100%, but it’s a little surprising that Green Bay isn’t giving him more of a downfield role to add another dimension to the passing attack. For now, Cobb—who is still just 28—needs to be downgraded to a low-floor, limited-ceiling FLEX option heading into a Week 10 matchup against Miami.

Tyler Lockett catches three passes against the Chargers.
Lockett gained 22 yards in the Week 9 loss, snapping his streak of three straight games with a touchdown. Through eight games, Lockett is on pace for 56 receptions, 832 yards, and 12 touchdowns, which would set career-highs across the board for the Kansas State great. Next up, Lockett faces a Rams team he had a 3/98/1 line against in Week 5.

Tyrell Williams scores in Week 9.
Williams caught two passes for 23 yards and a touchdown versus Seattle, with the score coming on a sweet back-shoulder type of catch where he stayed in bounds right by the sideline. Through eight games, Williams is on pace for 44 receptions, 902 yards, and ten touchdowns while averaging 20.5 yards per reception as an explosive member of the Chargers’ excellent offensive attack. Williams has a good matchup against the Raiders next week.

Taywan Taylor leaves game with apparent foot injury.
Taylor had his left foot rolled up on pretty badly and he was in obvious pain, but he was thankfully able to walk over to the sideline under his own power. We’ll update you as more information becomes available on the second-year receiver’s status.

Phillip Dorsett catches all three targets in Week 9.
Dorsett gained 30 yards on his three receptions versus Green Bay, as he continues to just make plays as a reliable weapon whenever his number is called. You have to respect Dorsett doing his job and not causing any issues despite a lack of playing time after the team acquired Josh Gordon from the Browns. If there were fantasy points for being a good teammate that takes advantage of his opportunities, Dorsett would be near the top of the league.
