Join now >The Cardinals have released quarterback Sam Bradford.
This is best for both sides, as Bradford was inactive since being benched Week 3 to save the Cardinals money in game-day bonuses. The former No. 1 overall pick becomes an extremely intriguing add for a team, and he should draw a ton of interest around the league. The Giants, where Pat Shurmur is the head coach and previously coached Bradford as the offensive coordinator of the Rams, Eagles, and Vikings; the Jaguars; and the Patriots are all potential options to sign the veteran quarterback. Bradford turns just 31 in a few days, and he’s shown he has elite ability when healthy.

Martavis Bryant caught two passes for 29 yards in Thursday night’s loss to San Francisco.
He also added a 17-yard rush. The six-foot-five receiver doesn’t see enough looks to be worth considering as a shot-in-the-dark FLEX option in deeper leagues based on his big-play ability. The Raiders take on the Cardinals in Week 10.
11/1/18 - 11:29 PM ET
Derek Anderson (concussion) has officially been ruled out for tomorrow’s game.
This was fully expected after the veteran quarterback suffered a concussion in Monday’s loss to the Patriots. Nathan Peterman is set to get the start against the Bears. It’s difficult to trust anyone in Buffalo’s offense as a strong fantasy option for Week 9, but LeSean McCoy is in the FLEX conversation.

Jermaine Gresham catches three passes in Week 8.
Gresham gained 22 yards on his three receptions against the Niners, but he also lost a fumble in the game. The veteran tight end is healthy and contributing in real life, but he’s not a recommended fantasy option at the moment.
10/29/18 - 12:34 PM ET
Keke Coutee (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 9.
Coutee is not traveling with the Texans to Denver, so he’s been ruled out despite being listed as questionable when the injury report was released yesterday. This is Coutee’s second straight missed game, but we expect he’ll be ready to face Washington after Houston’s Week 10 bye. Demaryius Thomas could see a sizable number of targets in his first game with the Texans with Coutee out.
11/3/18 - 02:24 PM ET
Richie James catches two passes against the Raiders.
James gained 60 yards on his two receptions in the Niners’ Thursday night win. He had a long gain of 53 yards on a quick slant where he easily be his defender at the line of scrimmage and was basically wide-open for an easy catch-and-run. James is contributing in real life, but he’s not a highly-recommended fantasy option right now.
11/1/18 - 11:27 PM ET
The Vikings promoted Chad Beebe to the active roster.
Beebe is an undrafted rookie from Northern Illinois, and his being called up from the practice squad probably doesn’t bode well for Stefon Diggs’ (rib) status. Beebe isn’t a recommend fantasy option, but he’ll look to get in the mix and make an impact against the Lions tomorrow.
