Jalen Richard handles six touches in Week 9 loss.

Richard caught four passes for 45 yards, also adding two carries for four yards. The receiving back will be worth considering in as a FLEX option in PPR formats when the Raiders take on the Chargers in Week 10, but he doesn’t carry a ton of upside on an underachieving offense.

The Packers ruled Geronimo Allison (hamstring/groin) out for Week 9.

Allison was listed as doubtful, so this was fully expected. He presumably didn’t travel to Foxboro for tomorrow night’s matchup with the Patriots. It’ll be Davante Adams, Randall Cobb, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, and Equanimeous leading the Packers receiving corps in a potential shootout.

Chad Williams catches both targets against the Niners.

Williams gained 21 yards on his two receptions in the Cardinals’ Week 8 win. The second-year receiver isn’t a fantasy option at the moment.

The Lions activated Andy Jones from the Reserve/PUP list.

The 2016 undrafted receiver is taking the receiver spot left from Golden Tate’s trade to the Eagles. Jones is not a fantasy option right now, but he’ll try to work himself into a big role with the Lions.

Pierre Garcon scores against the Raiders.

Garcon caught Nick Mullens’ first-career touchdown in the second-year quarterback’s first NFL action, as the veteran receiver got wide-open on a deep crossing route off a play-action pass. Overall, Garcon had three receptions for 56 yards and a touchdown in the Week 9 win. Next week, the Giants will likely play better defense than the Raiders did tonight, so be careful not to chase the points with Garcon in Week 10 fantasy lineups.

The Bears promoted Taquan Mizzell to the active roster.

This is a corresponding move with the team placing Kyle Long on injured reserve. The second-year running back isn’t a recommended fantasy pick up, but he’ll look to contribute for the Bears tomorrow.

Brandon LaFell makes first impact as a Raider in loss to Indianapolis.

LaFell caught three passes for 39 yards, including a six-yard touchdown. The veteran hadn’t caught a pass in two previous appearances this season, but the trade of Amari Cooper opened up playing time for everyone behind Jordy Nelson on the depth chart. LaFell isn’t a recommended fantasy option, but he should make some plays for the Raiders.
