Join now >Rhett Ellison catches two passes in Week 7.
Ellison gained 11 yards on his tow receptions against the Falcons, and he nearly scored a touchdown on a diving attempt by the goal line with his team attempting to stage a comeback. Ellison isn’t a fantasy option right now, especially with Evan Engram (knee) back in the lineup for the Giants.

Bennie Fowler catches one pass against the Falcons.
Fowler gained 11 yards on his lone reception, his first catch as a Giant. Fowler drew the start tonight, but he’s not a fantasy option as no better than the team’s fifth option in the passing game.

Austin Hooper caught three passes for 48 yards in Monday night’s win over the Giants.
Hooper was targeted four times, and the final three-yard reception helped set up a 56-yard field goal by Giorgio Tavecchio to basically put the game away. Fantasy owners that have been streaming Hooper will have to look elsewhere with Atlanta on a bye in Week 8, but he will be a borderline TE1 against Washington in a couple weeks.

Sterling Shepard leads the Giants in Week 7 receiving.
Shepard, like teammate Odell Beckham Jr., had his best game of the season against Atlanta’s defense, catching five passes (on eight targets) for 167 yards, with a long of 58 yards. The third-year receiver was a big-play maven for Eli Manning throughout the night, which could lead to the confidence to take chances on more big plays down the field in the coming weeks. Shepard is in the FLEX conversation next week against the Redskins.

Marvin Hall catches 47-yard touchdown in win over the Giants.
Hall was able to get loose in the first half on a double move against Janoris Jenkins, and Matt Ryan did the rest by throwing a perfect deep ball for six. Overall, Hall finished with three receptions for 63 yards and the score. The 25-year-old hadn’t cleared 30 receiving yards before Monday night, so he won’t be a recommended fantasy option when Atlanta returns from their Week 8 bye.

Odell Beckham Jr. scores in Giants’ loss.
Beckham had his best individual performance of the season, catching eight passes (on 11 targets) for 143 yards and one touchdown along with one carry for -1 yards in the Monday night loss to the Falcons. The score came on a toe-dragging catch in the back of the end zone to make it a one possession game with five seconds remaining. On the possession before, OBJ dropped a two-point conversion on a play that would have cut Atlanta’s lead to six instead of eight. Beckham also had a 51-yard reception on a deep ball earlier in the game. Next week, Beckham faces the Redskins, who have had their share of blown coverages this season. It’ll be interesting to see how much Beckham sees of Josh Norman in the game.
10/22/18 - 11:30 PM ET
Julio Jones goes over 100 yards in MNF victory over the Giants.
Jones caught nine passes for 104 yards, as he saw a team-high 12 targets, but he also lost a fumble in the second half. Still, the good clearly outweighed the bad, and Julio was difficult to stop all night as he was featured on intermediate routes. The superstar receiver will be featured again when Atlanta returns from their Week 8 bye to face the Redskins, who have played stout defense but can be beaten through the air.
