Albert Wilson (leg) will not return against the Lions.

This is not a good sign, as this could be a serious injury for Wilson. Before leaving, Wilson had three receptions for 32 yards. More information on his status should become available in the next day or so.

Mitchell Trubisky and the Bears fall just short against the Patriots in Week 7.

Trubisky was 26/50 for 333 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions along with six carries for 81 yards and one touchdown. The passing scores were to Trey Burton and Tarik Cohen, and the rushing score was a crazy eight-yard touchdown run in which he ran over 71 yards as he scrambled from the right side of the field all the way to the other side and basically walked in untouched (it was poor defense from the Patriots on the play). Throughout the game, Trubisky had at least two or three interceptions dropped by the Patriots. On Chicago’s final drive, Trubisky led his team in position for a Hail Mary attempt, and he launched a pass that came up just short of the end zone, as Kevin White caught it at the one-yard line and couldn’t get in the end zone. Trubisky has been putting up huge fantasy points in recent weeks (43, 26, 31 in the last three games) so he’s a QB1 option in Week 8, especially with some top quarterbacks on a bye week.

Keke Coutee (hamstring) is out for the rest of today’s game.

Coutee suffered the hamstring injury in the first half, and he’s been ruled out to start the second half. The rookie receiver had one reception for three yards before leaving, and now we just have to hope this isn’t a multi-week injury.

Phillip Dorsett catches one pass against the Bears.

Dorsett gained eight yards on his lone reception in the Week 7 win. He’s played very well when given opportunities this season, but Dorsett is unfortunately not getting much playing time now that Josh Gordon is in the mix. Dorsett has seemingly been an excellent teammate, though, and he’s a very good No. 4 receiver for the Patriots.

Bilal Powell leaves game with an injury.

The exact injury Powell suffered is unclear, but he wasn’t down on the ground for too long. We’ll update you when the team provides more information on Powell’s injury.

Julian Edelman scores in Week 7.

Edelman caught five passes (on eight targets) for 36 yards and a touchdown in the Patriots’ win against the Bears. The score came early in the game on a quick nine-yard screen where he powered into the end zone for six. Next week, Edelman should avoid getting shadowed by Tre’Davious White and will remain a high-floor option against the Bills.

Albert Wilson (knee) is questionable to return against the Lions.

Wilson was down for a bit after hurting his knee on a catch, but it’s probably good news he’s initially being called questionable instead of being immediately ruled out. We’ll update you as more information becomes available on Wilson’s status.
