Cooper Kupp is being evaluated for a concussion.

Brandin Cooks already left the game after taking a big hit to the head, and now Kupp is out of the game, leaving the Rams with Robert Woods their only starting receiver currently in the game. Hopefully Kupp is able to return to the game soon, but we’ll update ou as more information becomes available.

Matt Breida (ankle) has been downgraded to out.

The Niners originally called Breida questionable to return with his ankle injury suffered in the first half, but they’ve now ruled him out midway through the third quarter. Before leaving, Breida had eight carries for 56 yards and one reception for five yards and a touchdown, with the score coming on a designed shuffle pass. Now we just have to hope Breida’s ankle injury won’t keep him out for longer than the rest of today’s game.

The Jaguars believe Corey Grant suffered a Lisfranc injury, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Grant was carted to the locker room during today’s loss to the Chiefs, so it looked like a serious injury. If it is a Lisfranc injury for Grant, his season would likely be over; but whatever it is looks likely to at least be a multi-week injury. With Leonard Fournette still battling a hamstring injury, Jacksonville is probably in need of some running back help.

Brandin Cooks leaves game after taking bit hit to the head.

On a deep crossing route, Cooks lowered his head and had a helmet-to-helmet collision with Seahawks safety Tedric Thompson. The hit caused Cooks to fumble, but a holding penalty wiped out the play. Cooks was down on the field for a minute or two, but he thankfully got up and jogged to the sideline under his own power. He’s almost certainly headed for the concussion protocol, but we’ll update you when more information becomes available.

Pierre Garcon (shoulder) is back in the game for the Niners.

Garcon still appears to be in pain, but he’s a tough player and is back for his team. Despite the injury, Garcon could be heavily-targeted for the rest of the game.

Matt Breida (ankle) is officially questionable to return against the Cardinals.

Breida is warming up on the sideline apparently testing the ankle to see if he can return to the game. This is a positive sign after it looked like the Niners might have had another serious injury. We’ll update you as more information becomes available on Breida’s status.
