Join now >Corey Clement (quadricep) is active against the Vikings.
Clement was only able to practice on Friday and was listed as questionable coming into today, but he’s active for today’s matchup with Minnesota. The second-year running back isn’t a highly-recommended FLEX option for Week 5, especially because he might be limited with Jay Ajayi and Wendell Smallwood both healthy.

Matt Breida (shoulder) is officially active for Week 5.
Breida was listed as questionable coming in, but he was able to get in one full practice during the week and is officially ready to go against the Cardinals. Breida, who is averaging 7.6 yards per carry and has seemingly emerged as the clear lead back for the Niners, is an RB2/FLEX option today.

Dalvin Cook (hamstring) is officially inactive against the Eagles.
Cook was able to get in a limited practice on Friday, but his hamstring isn’t ready for today’s NFC Championship Game rematch. Latavius Murray will handle the load for the Vikings, but it could be a pass-heavy approach against one of the league’s toughest run defenses, making Murray just a weaker FLEX option. We’ll see if Cook can get healthy for Week 6 against the Cardinals.

Corey Grant (ankle) has been ruled out against the Chiefs.
Grant went to the locker room on a cart, so this might be a serious injury for the explosive back. Before leaving, Grant had one carry for eight yards. T.J. Yeldon is handling almost all the backfield work in today’s game.
10/7/18 - 02:05 PM ET
Tyler Kroft (right foot) is questionable to return against the Dolphins.
Kroft is helping fill in for Tyler Eifert, so Cincinnati is getting thin at tight end. Hopefully Kroft can return to the game soon.

Corey Grant (foot) is questionable to return against the Chiefs.
While he’s being called questionable, Grant is being taken to the locker room on a cart, so it unfortunately doesn’t look good. However, we’ll update you as more information becomes available.
10/7/18 - 01:51 PM ET
DeVante Parker (quadricep) is inactive for Week 5.
Parker has again unfortunately had trouble staying healthy this season, as this will be his fourth missed game in five contests. The talented former first-round pick does not need to be owned in standard-sized fantasy leagues.
