Join now >Adrian Peterson is off the Week 5 injury report.
Despite being limited in practice with an ankle injury, All Day is ready to go for Monday night’s matchup with the Saints. New Orleans has had one of the league’s best run defenses through four weeks, so Peterson is more of a FLEX option for Week 5.

Ted Ginn Jr. (knee) has been ruled out for Monday night.
Ginn didn’t practice at all this week, so the Saints went ahead and ruled him out for Monday’s game against the Redskins. This could mean a bigger role for Cameron Meredith, who has some FLEX appeal for Week 5.

The Cowboys placed Terrance Williams on injured reserve.
It’s a curious situation with Williams, who apparently has an NFL suspension looming and has missed the last several practices for personal reasons. Williams is also coming off offseason foot surgery and might not be quite fully healthy, which is probably why they’ve just decided to place him on IR. Williams had two receptions for 18 yards in two games this season. There’s a chance the Cowboys release him with an injury settlement, but Williams’ season is probably over.

The Bills have released Khari Lee.
The 26-year-old made his only reception of the season (and his first since 2015) last week against Green Bay, but Buffalo needed a roster spot to add a safety. Perhaps Lee will be back with the team in the very near future, but he is unlikely to turn into a fantasy contributor.

Adrian Peterson (ankle) was limited in today’s practice.
The Redskins have not made their updated injury report for Week 5 readily available, but Peterson has been limited the last two days. AD might be listed as questionable when the official injury report for the game is released tomorrow, but he should be ready come Monday night.
10/5/18 - 06:09 PM ET
Aaron Rodgers is not on the Week 5 injury report.
There hasn’t been much doubt about Rodgers’ status the last three weeks, but it’s still a great sign to see him off the injury report. Rodgers probably isn’t quite 100%, but the knee isn’t much of a concern at this point. He remains a great QB1 for this Sunday against the Lions.
10/5/18 - 05:05 PM ET
Geronimo Allison (concussion) is listed as questionable for Sunday.
Allison remains in the concussion protocol and did not practice all week, so he’ll have to get cleared to play against the Lions. Hopefully Allison is feeling better soon and is able to play.
