Join now >Matt Breida suffers apparent leg injury against the Cardinals.
Breida was down on the ground for a bit, and then he limped off to the sideline with assistance from trainers. This has the look of a potentially serious injury, but we’ll update you as more information becomes available. Breida was San Francisco’s clear focus on offense for the start of the game, and he already scored a touchdown, but his day might be done.

Saquon Barkley leaves game with apparent lower leg injury.
On a touchdown reception late in the fourth quarter against the Panthers, Barkley leaped into the end zone and appeared to maybe twist his right ankle. He looked to be in a lot of pain on the sidelines, but he was then seen laughing and smiling, so hopefully it’s not too serious. We expect Barkley will re-enter the game if necessary, but it looks like the game should come down to Carolina’s offense against New York’s defense.

Kerryon Johnson (ankle) is questionable to return against the Packers.
It doesn’t appear to be anything serious for Johnson, but we’ll update you as more information becomes available. The Lions are up by two possessions late in the fourth quarter, so there’s a chance Johnson might not need to return to the game if he’s not 100%.

Rashard Higgins (knee) is doubtful to return against the Ravens.
We’ll update you if anything changes, but consider Higgins’ day done. Before leaving, Higgins caught three passes for 66 yards and a touchdown. Hopefully the injury isn’t too serious that Higgins misses much more time with it.

Tyler Kroft is back in the game for the Bengals.
Kroft left in the first half with a right foot injury, but he’s back in the game for Cincinnati in a close game against Miami.

Larry Fitzgerald (hamstring/back) is officially active for Week 5.
Fitz was listed as questionable, but there wasn’t any doubt he’d be playing against the Niners. Fitz is a FLEX option as he attempts to help his team get their first win of the season.
10/7/18 - 03:01 PM ET
Marquise Goodwin (hamstring, quadricep) is inactive for Week 5.
Goodwin has dealt with leg injuries throughout the start of the season, and he’s not ready for today’s matchup with the Cardinals. Rookie Dante Pettis is also out, so Pierre Garcon could be in line for a good number of targets for Week 5.
