It could be because the offensive line isn’t giving enough time for receivers to get open, but Williams seems to be having some trouble getting separation. He’s not a fantasy option right now.

Mike Gillislee rushed three times for ten yards in Sunday’s win over the Falcons.
New Orleans mostly went to the air in a 43-37 overtime victory, but Gillislee will get one more week to perhaps make an impact before Mark Ingram (suspension) returns. He isn’t a recommended fantasy option against the Giants.

Kendrick Bourne catches one pass in Week 2.
Bourne’s lone reception went for 27 yards. His role simply isn’t big enough to be a reliable fantasy option at the moment.

Jeff Heuerman catches two passes against the Ravens.
Heuerman gained seven yards on his two receptions (four targets) in the Week 3 loss. He’s not a recommended fantasy option at the moment,

Rick Seals-Jones catches four passes in Week 2.
Seals-Jones received a team-high six targets, but he gained only 17 yards on four receptions. The Cardinals simply didn’t block the Rams well, which led to Sam Bradford running for his life and not having time to get the ball down the field. Seals-Jones faces the Bears next week.

Jake Butt catches two passes in Week 3.
Butt gained eight yards on his two receptions. The second-year tight end is doing well as a blocker, but his role isn’t big enough as a receiver to be a fantasy contributor at the moment.

Kyle Juszczyk scores in Week 3.
Juszczyk got open for a 35-yard score on a great play design by Niners head coach Kyle Shanahan. Overall, Juszczyk had two receptions for 38 yards and a touchdown. Juszczyk will make big plays this season, but he’s a better real-life player than he is a fantasy asset.
