Join now >Courtland Sutton catches two passes in Week 3.
Sutton gained 37 yards on his two receptions, with gains of 21 and 16 yards. The rookie had a drop late in the first half, but he made a key catch on a third down, so it was a mixed bag. Sutton has a great long-term outlook, but he’s difficult to trust in fantasy lineups right now.

Luke Willson catches 13-yard pass in Week 2 loss.
It was his only reception of the game. Willson could have some bigger games ahead with the receiving trio of Golden Tate, Marvin Jones, and Kenny Golladay producing, but he isn’t a recommended fantasy option heading into a matchup with New England.

Ted Ginn scores in Week 3 win over the Falcons.
Ginn caught three passes for 12 yards, including a four-yard touchdown in the first quarter. He also rushed once for 20 yards. The veteran deep threat had a tough matchup with a defense that likes to keep things in front of them, so he did well to come away with a score. Ginn will look to get behind the Giants next week, but he’s just a volatile FLEX option.

George Kittle leads Niners in Week 3 receiving.
Kittle was targeted a team-high seven times against the Chiefs, catching five passes for 79 yards. It would’ve been a bigger day if not for a phantom offensive pass interference call wiping out a would-be touchdown. Jimmy Garoppolo unfortunately appears to be done for the season with a knee injury, but Kittle has a good connection with backup C.J. Beathard, as the two were teammates together in Iowa. The wiped-out touchdown was thrown by Beathard.

Christian Kirk catches four passes in Week 2.
Kirk was targeted fives times against the Rams, gaining 27 yards on his four receptions. The rookie receiver isn’t getting many opportunities on passes down the field, as the Cardinals are struggling to protect the passer to allow deep shots. Kirk is a risky fantasy option until the offense picks it up.

Marquise Goodwin scores in Week 3.
In Goodwin’s return after missing one game because of a quad bruise, he immediately stepped back into the offense in a large role. Goodwin didn’t show any affects from the quad injury, catching three passes (on four targets) for 30 yards and a touchdown. He also had one carry for -2 yards. The score was on a drag route where Goodwin navigated the traffic and got wide open for walk-in score. Goodwin’s outlook takes a hit with Jimmy Garoppolo’s knee injury, as the two have shown such a great connection dating back to last season.

Michael Roberts scores first career touchdown in loss to the 49ers.
Roberts caught a 15-yard score in the fourth quarter to bring Detroit within one possession, but they ended up losing 30-27 against San Francisco. The second-year tight end has just five career catches, so he’s not on the fantasy radar.
