Garoppolo scrambled on a long third-and-goal with the Niners down by 14 in the fourth quarter against Kansas City, and he took a big hit on the sideline as he went out of bounds. But the injury looked like it might have occurred when he planted his leg, and he’s receiving medical attention. This has the look of a potentially serious injury, and we’ll update you as more information becomes available.

Courtland Sutton catches one pass in Week 2.
The rookie receiver was targeted six times against Oakland, but he had just one reception for nine yards. Sutton has obvious upside, but he’s best left on benches or on the waiver wire as Denver’s No. 3 receiver.

A.J. Green is dealing with a groin injury.
The Bengals officially called Green probable to return to the game, but he appears to be in discomfort on the sideline and has his gloves off. It looks like his day is done, and if it is, it ends with five receptions for 58 yards. We’ll update you if Green ends up returning to this game.

Heuerman gained ten yards on his two receptions. He’s not a reliable fantasy option right now.

C.J. Prosise is inactive for the Seahawks.
Prosise appears to b a healthy scratch, as Seattle will go with Chris Carson, Rashaad Penny, and Mike Davis at running back against the Cowboys. Prosise does not need to be owned in fantasy leagues at the moment.

Demaryius Thomas can’t get going against the Raiders.
Thomas has had his share of struggles against Oakland in his career, and they basically shut him down in Denver’s Week 2 win. DT was targeted a team-high 11 times but caught five passes for just 18 yards. He’ll look to get back on track in Week 3 against the Ravens.

Jermaine Gresham (Achilles) is active for Week 3.
After missing the first two games of the season, the veteran tight end is back from his torn Achilles suffered in the season finale last season. Gresham isn’t a recommended option in fantasy lineups, but his presence will be a boost for the Cardinals in real life.
