Join now >C.J. Prosise (ankle) is officially questionable for Week 9.
Prosise practiced fully after being limited on Wednesday and Thursday, and it sounds like he has a good chance of playing on Sunday. The second-year back admitted himself that this ankle issue is just something he has to push through, so hopefully he’s able tough it out and remain on the field while being a difference-maker for the Seahawks. If active, Prosise wouldn’t be a recommended fantasy option, but he’s someone to keep an eye on—especially in PPR leagues.

Jordan Taylor gets three targets in Week 8.
Taylor caught only one pass against the Chiefs, gaining eight yards. Taylor is just a dynasty league option at the moment.

Ezekiel Elliott has been denied a preliminary injunction.
Pending an appeal by Elliott and the NFLPA, the Cowboys will be without their star running back for the next six games, and fantasy owners that took a gamble on Ezekiel Elliott in the second or third round of fantasy drafts are getting hit hard in the middle of the season. Hopefully if you have Elliott on your fantasy team you are looking good in terms of playoff position because you might have to fill your RB1 slot with someone else from Weeks 9-14, which extends into the first week of fantasy playoffs for most leagues. Alfred Morris has been the primary backup behind Elliott this season, but there’s speculation that Darren McFadden has been inactive for the first seven games of the season to keep him fresh in this exact case. If the Cowboys don’t make their running back rotation intentions clear in the coming days, we’ll find out on Sunday against the Chiefs if there will be a great fantasy asset to emerge in Elliott’s potential absence. Pick up either one of Morris or McFadden if they are available in your league.

Todd Gurley scores twice in blowout win over the Giants.
Gurley rushed 16 times for 59 yards and two touchdowns. He also added two receptions for 45 yards, including a long of 44 yards. Sean McVay has done wonders for the Rams, and Gurley has been a big beneficiary. He will be a high-end RB1 option against the Texans next Sunday.

Willie Snead loses fumble, is held without a catch in Week 9 win.
Snead fumbled on a punt return, and he wasn’t a factor offensively with the Saints easily handling the Bucs. Also, Alvin Kamara’s emergence is putting a dent in Snead’s production. It’s probably safe to drop him.
11/6/17 - 12:29 PM ET
Charcandrick West gets one touch in win over Denver.
West was back after missing Week 7’s Thursday night’s game with a concussion, but he didn’t get much work in the game. West caught one of two targets for four yards tonight, and he’ll look to do more damage against the Cowboys in Week 9.

Danny Woodhead (hamstring) has “a chance” to return to practice this week.
Woodhead has been on Injured Reserve since hurting his hamstring in Week 1, but it sounds like he’s headed in the right direction to be ready to go when he’s eligible to play again in Week 11. Practice this week would put him right on schedule to be ready when the Ravens emerge from their Week 10 bye, so we’ll monitor his practice status throughout this week.
