Join now >Travis Kelce plays great against the Broncos.
Kelce played lights versus Denver yet again, as he caught seven of ten targets for 133 yards and one touchdown in the Chiefs’ Monday night win. The All-Pro tight end did a lot of his damage early in the game, picking up chunk yardage including his touchdown on a 29-yard sluggo route in the first quarter. Through eight games, Kelce is on pace for 88 receptions for 1,112 yards and eight touchdowns, which would be an even better season than his huge 2016.

Maxx Williams catches three passes in Week 9.
This was Williams’ fourth game of the season, and it was his most productive. He gained 29 yards on his three receptions (three targets) against the Titans. Williams isn’t a fantasy option, but it’s good to see him out there and healthy—hopefully he can remain on the field for Baltimore.

Jeremy Hill is a surprise inactive for Week 9.
It’s time for second-round rookie Joe Mixon to take over the Bengals backfield, as he’s listed as the starter against Jacksonville. The Bengals would probably be wise to try and run the ball instead of testing the league’s number one pass defense, so Mixon could see 20-25 touches today. It’s possible Hill is inactive for the rest of the year, so the impending free agent might’ve played his last game for the Bengals.

Dolphins trade RB Jay Ajayi to the Eagles.
Woah. Adam Gase was clearly unhappy with his team’s performance so far this season and wanted to shake things up, but this is a major surprise. Ajayi was the offensive centerpiece for Miami, and the Dolphins decided to trade him to Philadelphia for a fourth-round pick, according to multiple reports. Though it might take some time to adjust to the offense, the third-year back could step right in as the starter for the Eagles, who have outstanding depth at the position and now have a back that’s shown he can be one of the league’s best. Because the offense of the Dolphins have been struggling so much, this could be good for Ajayi’s fantasy value, as the Eagles have had one of the league’s best offenses this season and a much better offensive line than the Dolphins. However, it’s worth keeping in mind that Ajayi is unlikely to get the type of workload he had with the Dolphins. In Miami, Kenyan Drake and Damien Williams will carry the load for the Dolphins, with Drake being the recommended fantasy pickup.

The Vikings claimed RB Mack Brown, according to Adam Schefter.
It’s not surprising to see Brown claimed, as he’s a good runner that Washington just needed to waive to create roster space. Brown will fill in behind Latavius Murray and Jerick McKinnon in the backfield, and it’s possible he’s active against his former team in Week 10 after Minnesota’s Week 9 bye.

Mike Wallace scores against the Titans.
Wallace caught four of seven targets for 19 yards and a touchdown in Baltimore’s loss, with the score coming late on a one-yarded on a throw in the end zone. Wallace is not yet a reliable fantasy option, but he could have some good games down the stretch here after the Ravens’ Week 10 bye.

Alex Collins gets 14 touches against the Titans.
Collins carried 13 times for 43 yards and added one reception for three yards in Baltimore’s Week 9 loss. Overall, the Titans did a nice job limiting the Ravens on the ground, but many were likely expecting more carries for Collins after his huge performance in Week 8. The Ravens have a bye next week, so get Collins out of your lineup.
