Leonard Fournette | Free Agent RB

Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette a surprise inactive for Week 9.

Fournette is reportedly not playing because he violated team rules, so Chris Ivory will get the start for Jacksonville. This is obviously a surprise, so fantasy owners will have to look elsewhere for a running back this week. We’d consider both Ivory and T.J. Yeldon decent FLEX options, but you might have a better option already on your roster. Fournette should be back in the lineup next week.

Kenny Golladay | Free Agent WR

Kenny Golladay (hamstring) did not practice today.

This might be a setback for the rookie, as he was a limited participant yesterday and is a no-go today. Considering the Lions are coming off the bye and it was thought that Golladay would be closer to 100% after another week of rest, this isn’t a good sign. The official injury report for the game will be released sometime tomorrow.

10/26/17 - 06:48 PM ET

Demaryius Thomas | Retired WR

Demaryius Thomas leads Broncos in Week 8 receiving.

Thomas was targeted a team-high nine times against Kansas City, catching five passes for 66 yards. The Broncos probably should’ve had more of a gameplan that involved getting Thomas the ball against right cornerback Kenneth Acker, who hasn’t played much this season, with Marcus Peters playing exclusively at left cornerback—but that didn’t happen. DT has a good matchup with the Eagles next week, and he should remain in fantasy lineups.

10/30/17 - 11:56 PM ET

Darren Fells | Free Agent TE

Darren Fells catches one pass in loss to the Steelers.

It went for 12 yards. Unless Eric Ebron is traded before Tuesday’s deadline, Fells isn’t a fantasy option. The Lions play the Packers next week on Monday Night Football.

10/30/17 - 02:38 PM ET

Jeremy Maclin | Retired WR

Jeremy Maclin nears 100 yards in Week 9.

This was Maclin’s highest receiving total this season, as he worked as reliable target for Joe Flacco over the middle throughout the game. Maclin caught eight of nine targets for 98 yards, with a long of 19 yards (the longest of the day for Baltimore) against the Titans. The veteran receiver did leave for a couple plays late in the game after apparently hurting the shoulder that forced him to miss a couple games, but he was back out there. Maclin will now have the Week 10 bye to get the shoulder closer to 100%, and he’ll be a good option in Week 11 when the Ravens face the Packers.

11/6/17 - 12:33 PM ET

Jack Doyle | Retired TE

Jack Doyle goes off against the Bengals.

Doyle, who’s been working mainly as an underneath outlet for Jacoby Brissett recently, was targeted a team-high 14 times in the Colts’ Week 8 loss, catching 12 passes for 121 yards and a touchdown. The score was the first touchdown of the game, and it was on a nice leaping catch on a corner route. If Doyle gets targeted like this moving forward, he’d be right back in the mid-TE1 conversation, even without Andrew Luck at quarterback. Doyle faces the Texans next week.

10/30/17 - 10:10 AM ET

Terrance West | Free Agent RB

Terrance West (calf) is out for Week 9.

West remains week-to-week while dealing with his calf injury, and the Ravens have a Week 10 bye that’ll give him more time to heal up for Baltimore’s next game after this Sunday. However, with Alex Collins emerging as a real force in the backfield, West is unlikely to return into a large role with the Ravens and can be dropped from fantasy teams.
