Join now >Tyler Lockett was hospitalized last night.
Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll says that Lockett had a lot of swelling in his lower leg and was being examined for it, adding that it has a “compartment element” that had to be checked out immediately. So it sounds like this injury can indeed be serious for Lockett, but hopefully everything works out fine. The Seahawks are now on their bye week after last night’s big win, so Lockett might not miss any time with this leg issue. More information should become available soon.

Tyler Lockett has a lower leg injury.
Lockett’s injury doesn’t appear to be serious, but he’s sitting on the sideline without his helmet in overtime and does not appear likely to return. It’s a peculiar situation considering Lockett just was back at kickoff at the end of regulation before not appearing in overtime. Before leaving, the dynamic receiver had three receptions for 26 yards.

Emmanuel Sanders (rib) has officially been ruled out for the rest of tonight.
Sanders has been ruled out to start the second half. Before leaving, he had two receptions for 24 yards. Now we need to wait for word on the extent of the rib injury Sanders is dealing with, as this could certainly be a multi-week thing. More information should become available within 24 hours.

Emmanuel Sanders (rib) is officially questionable to return for the 49ers.
Sanders just jogged off the field after a pass intended for him over the middle was low, and then he went to the locker room with trainers. It’s unclear how or when Sanders was injured, but he apparently felt discomfort and was seen grabbing his chest are while running the route. We’ll update you as more information becomes available on the veteran receiver’s status.

Brandin Cooks (concussion) will not play in Week 11.
Cooks was able to get back on the practice field last week despite being ruled out, and the Rams are said to be optimistic that the dynamic receiver will not miss an extended period of time with his concussion. But Cooks is already being ruled out for next Sunday night as they play things safe. Consider Cooks week-to-week with his latest concussion. We hope he’s feeling better soon.

Austin Hooper has a sprained MCL, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Rapoport says that Hooper is getting a second opinion to see how much time he’ll miss. Hooper should be considered week-to-week for now, but hopefully the second opinion gives good news for Atlanta’s stud tight end. Hooper should be held on all fantasy rosters given the lack of options at his position.

Devonta Freeman (foot) could miss about two weeks, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
So it sounds like Freeman avoided an injury that puts the rest of his season in danger, but keep in mind Rapoport says the injury “affects the toe more than the foot.” Expect Freeman to miss Week 11 against the Panthers, and he’ll likely also miss Week 12. The best-case scenario might be Freeman being able to return to face the Saints on Thanksgiving night. On a team that wants to run the ball, Freeman is worth holding on your roster if you have space.
