Joe Mixon racks up 32 touches in Week 10.

The Bengals were destroyed by the Ravens, but that didn’t stop Cincinnati from trying to get their rushing attack going, handing Mixon 30 carries for 114 yards along with two receptions for 37 yards. In the last two games, Mixon now has touch totals of 21 and 32, which is the type of workload fantasy owners expected when they selected him with a high pick in drafts over the summer. The 23-year-old faces a tough Raiders defense next week, but you can be more confident with him in your lineup given the workload he’s received in the past couple of weeks.

Drew Sample (left ankle) has been ruled out for the rest of todays’s game.

Before leaving the second-round rookie tight end had one reception for three yards. Hopefully this isn’t a long-term injury, and the good news is he was able to limp around under his own power.

Giovani Bernard (right knee) has been ruled out for the rest of today’s game.

Bernard being ruled out already obviously is not a good sign, but hopefully the injury doesn’t keep him out for much longer than today. Joe Mixon will handle most of the backfield work for Cincinnati for the rest of today versus Baltimore.

Ty Johnson is being evaluated for a concussion.

This obviously explains why Johnson went into the locker room without his helmet. The rookie running back will need to pass the concussion test before he can return to today’s game. J.D. McKissic is currently handling most of the backfield work for Detroit with Johnson out.

It’s unclear what Johnson is dealing with, but he was walking to the locker room without his helmet. We’ll update you when more information becomes available on his status. Detroit is already short on running backs as is, so losing Johnson would be huge without Matthew Stafford under center today.

Demaryius Thomas (hamstring) is officially active for the Jets.

The veteran receiver continues to be at less than full strength, but he’s ready to play for today’s Week 10 matchup with the Giants. DT is not a highly recommended fantasy option outside of deep leagues.

Chris Herndon (hamstring) is officially active against the Giants.

Herndon was also active last week, but it sounds like today he might hit the field in an extensive role for the first time this season. At a shallow position with six teams on a bye, Herndon is squarely in the streaming mix at tight end for Week 10, and he has definite long-term upside over the second half of the year.
