Join now >Adam Thielen (hamstring) is officially listed as questionable for Week 9.
Thielen is expected to return to the lineup after missing Week 8’s Thursday night game against the Redskins, but it’s not a lock for a hamstring injury. Thielen has indicated that the doctors will decide whether he plays, and we’ll find out his official status at 11:30 AM ET on Sunday. We’d lean toward Thielen playing at Kansas City.

Delanie Walker (ankle) has been ruled out for Week 9.
Walker remains out of practice for the Titans, so this is not surprising. The veteran tight end should be considered week-to-week. Coming off a 6/78/1 line last week, Jonnu Smith will get another start this Sunday against the Panthers, though this week’s matchup is a lot tougher than last week versus Tampa Bay.
11/1/19 - 03:13 PM ET
T.Y. Hilton (calf) has been ruled out for Week 9.
Colts head coach Frank Reich says that Hilton suffered the calf injury in practice on Wednesday and that it’s generally a three-to-four-week injury. So Hilton is out this Sunday against Pittsburgh, and he’ll likely miss at least a couple of more games, too, which is a huge blow to Indy’s offense. Hilton should certainly be held on fantasy rosters where possible, but you’ll have to get by without him for an extended stretch.

The Jets placed Trenton Cannon on injured reserve.
Cannon is dealing with a foot/ankle injury. The 25-year-old running back mostly contributes on special teams for the Jets, so this is a loss for them in real life but not a move that has huge fantasy implications.
11/1/19 - 02:50 PM ET
Davante Adams (toe) is questionable for Week 9.
Packers head coach Matt LaFleur says that Adams’ status will be known when the actives and inactives are released 90 minutes before kickoff on Sunday. The bad news for fantasy owners is that Green Bay does not kickoff until 4:25 PM ET, so Adams’ status might not be known until the early games have already started. But it is looking like Adams will indeed make his return to the lineup this Sunday against the Chargers.
11/1/19 - 01:31 PM ET
The Broncos are promoting Brett Rypien to the active roster.
Joe Flacco (neck) was placed on injured reserve, so Denver is calling up the rookie to serve as the No. 2 quarterback behind Brandon Allen. Rypien may end up back on the practice squad when Drew Lock (thumb) is healthy enough to play.
11/1/19 - 02:42 PM ET
Curtis Samuel (shoulder) is questionable for Week 9.
We would think Samuel is going to play against the Titans, but his status needs to be monitoring on Sunday morning. Fortunately, fantasy owners should have a replacement ready with the Panthers playing early. Consider the third-year receiver a solid FLEX if he suits up.
