Join now >Damien Williams (knee) is officially active for Week 5.
After missing the last two games with a knee injury, Williams is back in the mix for the Chiefs for a Sunday night matchup with the Colts. It’ll be interesting to see Williams’ workload in his first game back, but we expect he’ll be a great FLEX option at the least in an ultra-elite offense. Williams should be the preferred option in the red zone and should get a good amount of work as a receiver.

Josh Allen (concussion) remained limited at Thursday’s practice.
Allen participating at all certainly gives him a chance to get cleared for Sunday’s game against the Titans, but tomorrow will be big in determining whether he can play. If he can’t, the Bills are still in good hands with Matt Barkley under center, and Allen would likely be ready to roll after Buffalo’s Week 6 bye.

T.Y. Hilton (quad) is officially active against the Chiefs.
There was optimism about Hilton’s status, and he’s out there for a big Sunday night game at Arrowhead. Hilton can be inserted into fantasy lineups as a WR2 in a game the Colts are almost certainly going to need to score a good number of points to have a chance.

Michael Gallup (knee) is officially listed as questionable for Week 5.
Gallup is expected to make his return after having meniscus surgery last month, but his status won’t be official until an hour and a half before Dallas’ 4:25 PM ET kickoff on Sunday. Overall, it might be best to keep Gallup on the bench for his first game back if he is active, but there’s certainly upside for the second-year receiver in a potential shootout against the Packers.

Marlon Mack (ankle) is officially active for the Colts.
Mack was said to be a true gametime decision, but his ankle is good enough for him to go against the Chiefs. There’s certainly upside for Mack against a Chiefs defense allowing 5.9 yards per carry this season, and he can be inserted into Week 5 fantasy lineups as a strong RB2 option.

The 49ers are re-signing Jordan Matthews, according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.
With rookie receiver Jalen Hurd heading to injured reserve with a back injury, the veteran receiver Matthews is taking his roster spot. Matthews knows Kyle Shanahan’s offense and could get immediate playing tie, but he’s not a recommended fantasy pickup at the moment.

James Washington (shoulder) is out for the rest of today’s game.
The Steelers continue dealing with a bunch of injuries, and Washington was leading the team (52 yards on three receptions) in receiving before leaving. Washington being ruled out already probably isn’t a good sign for his status moving forward, but hopefully he doesn’t miss much more time past today.
