Join now >Ben Roethlisberger (right elbow) is out to start the second half.
At the beginning of the second half, Mason Rudolph is in for Roethlisberger. It’s officially being called a right elbow injury, and Roethlisberger’s return is questionable. Big Ben had gone into the locker room toward the end of the first half but made his way back to the sideline, but his injury is keeping him out of the game for now as the Steelers and Seahawks return to action. We’ll update you as more information becomes available on Roethlisberger’s status.

Cody Latimer (calf) is officially listed as questionable for Week 2.
Latimer is likely headed for a gametime call, and he’d be a definite boost to a Giants receiving corps that will be without Sterling Shepard (concussion) and Golden Tate (suspension). If he’s active, Latimer will not be a highly recommended fantasy option against the Bills.

David Johnson (wrist) has returned for the Cardinals.
Fantasy owners and Cardinals fans can breathe a sigh of relief, as DJ is back in there late in the second half after exiting earlier with a left wrist injury. Arizona is down 17-6 to Baltimore, but Johnson should remain heavily involved as a receiver even if the Cardinals go away from the run.

Joe Mixon (ankle) has a shot to play in Week 2, according to Tom Pelissero.
The MRI on his injured ankle came back “all good,” so this is obviously excellent news for those who spent a first- or second-round pick on the talented runner. More concerning than the injury is Cincinnati’s offensive line, but if Mixon is able to suit up next week against the 49ers, he needs to be in lineups.

David Johnson (wrist) is officially questionable to return to today’s game.
Johnson left the field hanging his arm, so this doesn’t look good. DJ basically missed the entire 2017 season with a wrist injury, and it appears to be the same wrist that’s injured now. Chase Edmonds will handle most of the running back reps with Johnson out, and now we just have to hope the Cardinals star isn’t dealing with too serious of an injury and can get back on the field soon.

Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn is “concerned” about Mike Williams’ knee.
It seems the Chargers are still evaluated Williams’ knee injury, but his outlook for Sunday against the Lions looks shaky at this point. With Hunter Henry already out with a knee injury, Keenan Allen might get 15+ targets this week if Williams is also forced to miss Week 2. Keep in mind that Williams did look like he might have had a chance to return to last Sunday’s game, and the injury hopefully isn’t something that’d keep him out much longer than this week if he’s forced to miss time.

Tyler Kroft (ankle) is officially inactive for Week 2.
Kroft is making progress in his return from ankle surgery, as he was at least listed as questionable for today after he was listed as doubtful for Week 1. Kroft should have a real shot to play next week against his former team (the Bengals).
