Join now >UPDATE: Tyreek Hill’s injury is a right shoulder injury.
Hill is officially questionable to return. It was surprising that Hill needed a cart for a shoulder injury, but there’s probably a chance for him to return today.

The Colts released Phillip Walker from the practice squad.
Walker might be back on the practice squad soon, but Indy now has two quarterbacks on their 53-man roster after signing veteran Brian Hoyer, and they’re going in a different direction for a practice squad spot for now.

Tyreek Hill gets carted to the locker room.
It’s unclear what happened exactly, and Hill made it to the sideline under his own power, but he’s now being carted to the locker room. We’ll update you as more information becomes available on the All-Pro receiver’s status.

The Cowboys are signing Ezekiel Elliott to a contract extension, according to multiple reports.
The star running back’s holdout is officially over, and he’s fully expected to suit up and get close to his normal workload in this Sunday’s Week 1 matchup against the Giants. The extension is for six years and $90 million, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport and Jane Slater, making Elliott’s new deal total eight years and $103 million when you include the two years remaining on his rookie contract (the richest deal in NFL history for a running back). Things became concerning at times during the negotiations, but Cowboys owner Jerry Jones found a way to get a deal done, while Elliott was able to be paid a ton of new money despite having two years left on his rookie contract. Those that risked selecting Zeke in the top five of fantasy drafts will likely be rewarded with one of the safest and most consistent fantasy assets again in 2019. You shouldn’t hesitate placing Elliott into your Week 1 lineup.

Nick Foles has been ruled out with a left shoulder injury.
It’s obviously not a good sign that Foles was ruled out just minutes after suffering his injury, and it’s looking like a collarbone injury could be the injury he’s dealing with. The former Super Bowl MVP being out for any period of time is a huge loss for the Jags, who will now turn to rookie quarterback Gardner Minshew.

The Rams have agreed to a four-year contract extension with Jared Goff, according to NFL Network’s Mike Silver.
This extension will keep the No. 1 overall pick in the 2016 draft with the Rams for six more years (through the 2024 season). The narratives about Goff being a so-called “system quarterback” that Sean McVay was looking to part ways with can finally end. Goff is simply an excellent quarterback, and he’ll turn just 25 years old in October, so he’ll be in a position to ink another massive contract in 2025. Goff is coming off career-highs in completion percentage (64.9%), passing yards (4,688), and passing touchdowns (32) last season, and he has elite statistical upside moving forward commanding McVay’s attack. This deal will reportedly be close to a record-breaking in terms of guaranteed money, so you can assume the Rams are expecting top-notch play (and, in turn, likely star quarterback numbers) from their franchise quarterback. We’ll see what happens this season, but Goff had no business being ranked outside the top ten quarterbacks in 2019 fantasy drafts.

Nick Foles heads to the locker room.
Foles just threw an absolute dime on a deep ball for a touchdown to D.J. Chark, but he was injured on the play after being driven to the ground and appeared to be hanging his left arm. This looks like it could be a collarbone injury for Foles, which would be terrible news for the Jaguars. Hopefully Foles’ injury isn’t as bad as it looks, but rookie quarterback Gardner Minshew is set to enter the game for Jacksonville.
