Join now >The Jaguars are releasing Terrelle Pryor, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Pryor had a chance to stick around in Jacksonville as a big-bodied option on the outside, but the team is staying young at the position. The former Ohio State quarterback should resurface elsewhere, but he’s probably not worth holding onto in dynasty leagues.

The Buccaneers have released Andre Ellington.
The veteran has long been a favorite of Bruce Arians, but his release locks in Dare Ogunbowale as the team’s receiving back barring another roster move (potentially a trade for Melvin Gordon). Ellington is unlikely to make a fantasy impact in 2019.

The Bears are releasing Ian Bunting, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Bunting—an undrafted rookie out of Cal—has excellent size at six-foot-seven, and Chicago may now look to get him on their practice squad.

The Colts signed Phillip Walker to the practice squad.
Walker didn’t make the final roster for Indianapolis, but the coaching staff likes him and got him back on the practice squad. The Temple product is off the fantasy radar for now.

Jalen Hurd (back) is “not looking good” for Week 1.
49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan says the back injury is worse than thought, and the rookie receiver is doubtful to suit up to open the season. The versatile Hurd brings a physical presence to the Niners, so his loss hurts the offense; but he wasn’t getting drafted in most fantasy leagues before this.

The Broncos are releasing Kevin Hogan.
This could be good news for undrafted rookie Brett Rypien, but Denver might ultimately make another move at the backups spot behind Joe Flacco. Hogan should find a new team soon.

The Lions signed Luis Perez.
The former AAF quarterback spent time with the Eagles earlier this year, now he lands in a good spot with Detroit, as he looks like a decent bet to be on the team’s practice squad. The 2018 undrafted free agent might get some time in Thursday’s preseason finale for the Lions.
