T.Y. Hilton | Free Agent WR

T.Y. Hilton caught seven passes for 138 yards in Sunday’s win over the Colts.

Hilton again came into the game banged-up, but he did plenty of damage on eight targets, including a couple downfield passes. He also set up first-and-goal for the team’s game-winning touchdown. T.Y. is now over 1,200 receiving yards this season, and he will be an excellent WR1 option next week for a win-and-in game against the Titans, who he stung for a season-best 9/155/2 line last month.

Nick Foles | Free Agent QB

Nick Foles dominates against the Texans to help keep the Eagles in playoff contention.

Foles was 35/49 for 471 yards, four touchdowns, and one interception in the Eagles’ Week 16 victory. He also lost a fumble. The 471 yards set a new franchise record for Philadelphia, and Foles played every bit as well as the numbers indicate. He connected with Darren Sproles for a 37-yard swing pass on a fourth down for his first touchdown. He hit Zach Ertz for two touchdowns, and the connection worked with the tight end throughout the game, as he hit Ertz on 12-of-16 targets for 110 yards and the two scores. And he hit Nelson Agholor for an 83-yard touchdown on a beautiful deep ball. The Eagles were down by one at the end of the game, but Foles calmly led his team into field goal range—not before leaving after taking a big hit that knocked him out for a play during the drive—for a game-winning as the defending champs remain alive for the postseason heading into Week 17. This might have been Foles’ last home game with the Eagles, and if so it was quite the way to go out. His next opponent, the Redskins are a solid defense, but Foles is hot heading into the matchup and is at least a strong QB2 option in fantasy lineups.

Nyheim Hines | Free Agent RB

Nyheim Hines finds the end zone in win over the Giants.

Hines rushed twice for two yards, including a one-yard touchdown. He also caught four passes for 41 yards. The Colts will need both he and Marlon Mack next week in a de factor playoff game next week in Tennessee, but Mack obviously will be the top play as a strong RB2, with Hines as just a PPR FLEX option.

Marlon Mack | Free Agent RB

Marlon Mack finds the end zone in win over the Giants.

Mack rushed 12 times for 34 yards, including a three-yard touchdown run in the third quarter. He also caught a four-yard pass. Of course, it wasn’t the dominant performance that we saw last week as New York played surprisingly well against the run, but fantasy owners will take the score to save his day. Mack remains a strong RB2 next week for a win-and-in SNF matchup against the Titans, who have been vulnerable on the ground at times.

12/24/18 - 09:40 AM ET

Ryan Griffin | Free Agent TE

Ryan Griffin catches two passes against the Eagles.

Griffin gained 15 yards on his two receptions, including taking a big helmet-to-helmet hit in the Week 16 loss. Griffin appeared to be OK thankfully, and hopefully he’s feeling fine moving forward.

12/24/18 - 09:39 AM ET

Jordan Akins | Free Agent TE

Jordan Akins catches two passes against the Eagles.

Akins gained 33 yards on his two Week 16 receptions. The rookie tight end concludes the regular season next weekend against Jacksonville, and he’s not a highly-recommended fantasy option for Week 17.

12/24/18 - 09:38 AM ET

Andrew Luck | Retired QB

Andrew Luck leads comeback win over the Giants, 28-27.

Luck was 31/47 for 357 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception, also adding two carries for 13 yards. The Colts trailed 27-21 in the fourth quarter, but their superstar quarterback orchestrated a game-winning drive with just minutes left, finding Chester Rogers for a one-yard touchdown to get a huge victory. Luck hit Dontrelle Inman for a two-yard score earlier in the half. Indy will now play a win-and-in game next Sunday night in Tennessee, and we can expect their quarterback to be at his best with the season on the line. Consider Luck an elite QB1 option.
