Join now >Jermaine Gresham catches one pass in 2018 debut.
Gresham was playing in his first game since tearing his Achilles in the final game of last season, and he gained nine yards on his lone reception. He’s not a fantasy option, but Gresham is a great veteran presence for Arizona.

Philip Rivers, Chargers fall to the Rams in the Battle for Los Angeles, 35-23.
Rivers was 18/30 for 226 yards, two touchdowns, and no interceptions. He connected with Mike Williams on a deep ball over the middle for a 42-yard touchdown in the first quarter, and then again with Williams on a 20-yard score in the third quarter. Unfortunately for the Chargers, the other LA team was just too much to handle offensively, but Rivers still had a solid performance in a tough matchup. Consider the veteran signal-caller a solid QB1 option at home against the 49ers in Week 4.

Ricky Seals-Jones catches long touchdown in Week 3.
Seals-Jones opened the scoring against the Bears, getting wide open for a 35-yard touchdown in the first quarter. It was Seals-Jones’ only reception of the game, but he remains the clear No. 1 tight end even with Jermaine Gresham back in the lineup.

The Browns have named Baker Mayfield their starting quarterback.
After Mayfield came in to lead Cleveland to their first win since December of 2016 on Thursday night, head coach Hue Jackson said he would need to look at the film before making a decision on his starter. However, that was clearly just coach speak with Tyrod Taylor in the concussion protocol, and he told the team this morning that Mayfield is the new starting quarterback. The No. 1 overall pick showed impressive accuracy to all levels on the field in his NFL debut, but it’ll be interesting to see how he performs against the Raiders for his first start now that teams know he will be under center. He is at least worth considering as a streaming option for fantasy owners on an offense that has a strong supporting cast.

Christian Kirk plays great in Arizona’s Week 3 loss.
Kirk was relatively quiet for a struggling offense the first two games of the season, but he had a very good performance against the Bears, leading the Cardinals with Larry Fitzgerald hobbled. The rookie receiver caught seven-of-eight targets for 90 yards, with a long of 32 yards on a beautiful double move for a third-down conversion in the fourth quarter. Kirk isn’t a highly-recommended fantasy option quite yet, but the explosive former Texas A&M star is someone to keep an eye on.

D.J. Moore catches three-yard pass in win over the Bengals.
It was his only offensive touch of the game, and he also returned a punt for four yards. Brighter days will be ahead for the first-round pick, but Moore probably doesn’t need to be rostered heading into Carolina’s Week 4 bye.

Chase Edmonds gets five carries against the Bears.
Edmonds gained ten yards on his five attempts, and he didn’t have a reception in the Week 3 loss. Surprisingly, the rookie running back was in the game on a key third-and-two run late in the game, but there was no push up front and he lost yardage. Edmonds isn’t a recommended fantasy option as long as the offense continues to struggle.
