Join now >Giovani Bernard will be a limited participant at the start of OTAs tommorrow, according to Katherine Terrell.
Bernard is expected to be ready for Week 1, but the role he will play after the team picked Joe Mixon in the second round is unclear. Bernard is one of the more dynamic backs in the league when healthy, but falling behind the rookie and Jeremy Hill this offseason will not help his role, especially early in the season as he returns to form. Mixon will be the back you want to own in the Cincy backfield in 2017 and beyond.

James White has "won over" Belichick and Brady, "seized" the passing back role with the Patriots, according to Mike Reiss.
Reiss says White's "steadiness and continued improvement" has made him the go-to guy as the passing back. The dynamic Dion Lewis—who they Patriots have never lost with when he's in the lineup—is also in the mix, but Reiss believes the passing down role is White's. The snap totals of White have increased each season, and White could get over 500 snaps this season. White should be a solid FLEX in PPR leagues.

DeVante Parker has been the most improved player for the Dolphins this offseason, according to the Miami Herald.
Multiple sources have told Armando Salguero that the coaches hope Parker will turn into the "dominant threat" they believed he would be when they drafted him in the first round in 2015. Salguero says Parker is eating right, arriving on time, and working hard in pratice, all which were issues his first two years in the league. Hopefully Parker's new approach will turn into a healthy and productive season in 2017, as he definitely has the talent to breakout and become a force for Miami. The 24-year-old wideout will be one of the better late-round receivers to target this summer, especially in standard leagues.

Rob Kelley cut his body fat percentage from 18% to 13%, according to ESPN.
Kelley made changes to his diet, cutting processed foods and sugar. He replaced those unhealthy foods with healthy foods like fruit. Kelley says he feels "more explosive, faster, getting in and out of cuts a little better." As someone with the nickname "Fat Rob," losing weight is a huge plus and should certainly help his game. Kelly said he also worked on his receiving skills in the offseason. And head coach Jay Gruden said Kelley looks better this season. The Redskins drafted Samaje Perine in the fourth round of the draft, so that's a concern for Kelley's fantasy value, but Kelley should at least be a FLEX to start the season.

Redskins head coach Jay Gruden said Josh Doctson will be full-go for OTAs today.
This is a positive step for Doctson, who will look to get a full offseason with the team after missing much of last season with an Achilles injury. Doctson has a huge opportunity for the Redskins, with DeSean Jackson and Pierre Garçon gone via free agency. Doctson is a balanced receiver that could step up as the number one wide receiver for Kirk Cousins. If Doctson steps up, the Redskins will benefit, with Terrelle Pryor, Jamison Crowder, Jordan Reed, and Vernon Davis all also on the offense. We'll give updates on Doctson throughout OTAs and camp.

Tyler Lockett said on SiriusXM NFL that he could be back for training camp.
Lockett said he's training for Week 1. He's recovery from his broken leg sustained on Christmas Eve last year. Lockett was on the field for OTAs, but it apparently was just him being out there on a limited basis. He should be full-go at some point during training camp, if not for the beginning.

Phillip Dorsett is working to become "a more complete player."
The 2015 first rounder will not have a starting job locked in after the Colts brought in former Ravens receiver Kamar Aiken during free agency, so he has to play well to be one of Andrew Luck's primary receivers. Dorsett knows this is a "big year" for him, entering his third season with a new GM running things. Dorsett says he took his body "to another level this offseason." Dorsett will have to battle for a lot of playing time, but he could break out in his third season in the league.
