The Jaguars waived C.J. Board.

The 2017 undrafted receiver from Tennessee-Chattanooga was promoted to the active roster for the Jaguars a couple of times last season, but the team is moving on for now. The good news is he has familiarity with Jacksonville and could land back there if another team doesn’t scoop him up.

The Giants officially signed Cody White.

The undrafted receiver from Michigan State lands in a nice spot with the Giants, who could probably use a bigger target on the perimeter on offense. White is six-foot-three and has a chance to also become a strong special-teams contributor if he can make the Giants roster as a rookie.

Update: The Patriots are not signing Jordan Leggett.

Perhaps Leggett’s physical did not go well, but regardless New England is going in another direction at tight end. The Patriots have been connected to veteran Delanie Walker.

The Patriots are signing Lamar Miller.

This is pending a physical, but it should become official sometime today or tomorrow. The signing is a bit of a surprise considering the depth the Patriots have at running back, but Sony Michel (foot) remains on the PUP list, and perhaps New England wants another veteran option instead of inexperienced 2019 third-round pick Damien Harris. Aside from James White as the primary pass-catcher, the backfield situation for the Patriots looks like a total mystery at this point. Miller is coming off a torn ACL from last summer but should be 100% at nearly a year removed from the injury.

The Packers claimed Travis Fulgham.

Fulgham was recently waived by the Lions, so it’s good to see him find a nice landing spot immediately. For now, Fulgham is off the fantasy radar.

The Patriots are signing Jordan Leggett.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport says the signing is pending COVID-19 testing and a physical, so we’ll let you know if anything changes. Leggett was most recently with the Buccaneers, but the former fifth-round pick of the Jets now joins a young and inexperienced tight end group in New England. Leggett probably faces an uphill climb for quality snaps with the Patriots, but perhaps he can form quick chemistry with Cam Newton, Jarrett Stidham, or Brian Hoyer this summer.

The Ravens are signing Kenjon Barner, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

Baltimore is set at running back, but Barner could potentially replace De’Anthony Thomas (opt out) as the team’s punt returner. Barner isn’t currently on the fantasy radar.
