Join now >Carson Wentz (back) will have no limitations during OTAs, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
On-field drills begin tomorrow for the Eagles, and Rapoport says Wentz has “no limitations” but adds the team will be smart with their franchise quarterback. There’s obviously no contact at this time of year, which helps Wentz be able to go 100% if the team allows him, but this is still very positive news, as it indicates the stress fracture in his back shouldn’t be an issue for the start of training camp. A full offseason would be key for Wentz as he enters his fourth NFL season.

The Colts have signed Chad Kelly.
Kelly, who was released by the Broncos last year following a drunken trespassing incident, is of course the nephew of Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly, which gives him a connection to head coach Frank Reich (Kelly’s backup in Buffalo). The 25-year-old will hope to show enough this summer to make the roster as Indy’s No. 3 quarterback behind Andrew Luck and Jacoby Brissett.

The Ravens are signing Michael Floyd, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
It’s reportedly a one-year deal for Floyd. The 29-year-old hasn’t been able to find a long-term home since he was released by the Cardinals in December 2016, playing for the Patriots, Redskins, and Vikings since then. The big receiver will look to become a reliable target for Lamar Jackson in Baltimore, and he’ll be battling for a roster spot.

The Panthers have signed Aldrick Robinson.
Robinson stepped up as a situational receiver and scored five touchdowns for Minnesota last season, and he’s shown throughout his career that he can contribute when called upon. The veteran receiver will look to carve out a role in Carolina’s receiving corps in 2019, but for now he’ll likely be on waiver wires to open the season.

The Titans have signed Jalen Tolliver.
Tolliver went undrafted last year but spend most of his season on Arizona’s practice squad before being promoted to the 53-man roster for the final four games of the season. He appeared in three games and caught three passes for 37 yards. Tolliver will look to win a role in the Titans receiving corps, but he’s off the fantasy radar for now.

The Dolphins placed Ricardo Louis on injured reserve.
[UPDATE: It is a season-ending knee injury for Louis according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, unfortunately making it two straight missed seasons after he missed 2018 with a neck injury.] It’s unclear what injury Louis is dealing with, but Miami placing him on injured reserve indicates it’s a serious one. If not, then an injury settlement could potentially be reached so that Louis can sign elsewhere. Louis would have likely been a reserve receiver that could have worked as a situational deep threat for the Dolphins this season.

The Browns signed D’Ernest Johnson.
Johnson went undrafted in 2018 and played in the AAF for the Orlando Apollos earlier this year. He was third in the AAF in rushing before the league folded. During his college career at South Florida, Johnson became the program’s all-time leader in all-purpose yardage (4,186 yards), so he’ll look to carve out a role as a versatile reserve running back for the Browns this season.
