Ricardo Louis | Free Agent WR

Ricardo Louis has agreed on a one-year deal with the Dolphins, according to Adam Schefter.

It’s a homecoming for the Miami native after being waived by the Browns last week, and he should have a shot at carving out a role for himself under a new coaching staff. Louis just turned 25 last week.

Christian Wade | Bills RB

International running back Christian Wade has been allocated to the Bills.

Wade—a five-foot-nine, 196-pound running back—is said to be “known for his speed” as a well-renowned rugby player that finished his career with 82 premierships (which ranks third all-time) before retiring to pursue an NFL career last October. The English native turns 28 next month, but he will get a prime opportunity to earn a roster spot behind LeSean McCoy (31 in July) and Frank Gore (36 in May). Wade sounds like a name to keep tabs on for fantasy purposes.

Sean Mannion | Retired QB

The Vikings are signing Sean Mannion, according to Mike Garafolo.

Mannion, a third-round pick of the Rams in 2015, spent four seasons in St. Louis/Los Angeles, but the franchise signed Blake Bortles to backup Jared Goff earlier this offseason. Now, the soon-to-be 27-year-old will be Minnesota’s No. 2 quarterback (barring a possible draft pick), which could potentially lead to fantasy value on an offense with two top-flight receivers.

Mark Walton | Free Agent RB

The Bengals waived running back Mark Walton.

Walton was arrested a mind-boggling three times this offseason, so this was obviously fully expected. Despite being selected in the fourth round (112 overall) of last year’s draft, it’d be a surprise if a team is interested in Walton at this point. He’ll likely need to show he’s taken steps to get his life back on track first. The Bengals will likely be targeting running backs in this month’s draft.

Quadree Henderson | Free Agent WR

The Jets claimed Quadree Henderson, according to ESPN’s Field Yates.

After appearing in five games for the Giants as an undrafted rookie last season, Henderson is switching locker rooms to the other New York/New Jersey team. Henderson didn’t catch a pass last season, but he can contribute on special teams and will look to carve out a role under a new coaching staff with the Jets. Henderson isn’t on the fantasy radar yet.

Seth Roberts | Free Agent WR

The Ravens are signing Seth Roberts, according to Adam Schefter.

It will be a one-year deal for the former Raider, and if the season started tomorrow, he would immediately slot in as a starter as things currently stand in Baltimore. That said, the team is sure to be aggressive targeting the position in the draft, so at best, Roberts will probably open 2019 as the team’s No. 3 receiver—but more likely No. 4 or No. 5 and a veteran presence. Especially on a run-first offense, the 28-year-old probably won’t be a significant fantasy contributor in the fall.

Damon Sheehy-Guiseppi | Free Agent WR

The Browns have signed Damon Sheehy-Guiseppi.

A small-school product out of Phoenix College, Sheehy-Guiseppi is a relative unknown, and this will be his first NFL contract. On the team website, Cleveland highlights his impact as a returner in college, so perhaps he can earn a potential roster spot based on special teams.
