Mike Gillislee rushed eight times for 31 yards in Sunday’s win over the Falcons.

Gillislee has appeared to lose early-down work to Dion Lewis, and since he isn’t involved as a pass-catcher, his fantasy stock has essentially fallen off a cliff. Things could change at any moment with the Patriots though, so Gillislee is still worth rostering. They get a weak run defense next week as the Charges come to town.

Vernon Davis leads Redskins in Week 7 receiving.

Davis caught all four targets against the Eagles, gaining 67 yards on his four receptions, including a long of 31. The ageless tight end still has excellent vertical ability down the field and is an integral part of Washington’s offense, but his upside is limited when Jordan Reed is in the lineup.

Tom Brady throws two touchdowns against Atlanta in boring Super Bowl LI rematch.

Brady was 21/29 for 249 yards, two touchdowns, and zero turnovers in a 23-7 win. The first score was a jet sweep touch pass to Brandin Cooks and the second was a red zone score to James White. Unfortunately, the Falcons didn’t hold up their end of the bargain for a potential shootout, as their offensive struggles allowed New England to play conservatively and kill the clock. Brady has a better chance of getting in a shootout against Philip Rivers next Sunday. He’s the top quarterback option.

Corey Clement leads team in rushing as Eagles top 49ers.

Clement rushed 10 times for 54 yards, but was not a factor in the passing game. Still, the rookie operated as the clear number-two behind LeGarrette Blount, and he looked great in the role. Clement is definitely someone to keep an eye on, but he should probably be on the waiver wire in most fantasy leagues. The Eagles take on the Broncos next Sunday.

Danny Amendola has quiet night in Super Bowl LI rematch.

Amendola caught just three passes for 17 yards in a 23-7 win, as the Falcons couldn’t do anything offensively, which allowed New England to play more conservatively. The game didn’t play out like anyone expected, but another potential shootout is coming in Week 8 against Philip Rivers and the Chargers. Amendola remains a FLEX option in standard leagues with a boost in PPR formats.

Jamison Crowder catches two passes in Week 7.

Crowder caught two of five targets for 28 yards while also adding a three-yard carry in a Monday night loss to the Eagles. The Redskins want to get Crowder involved on offense, but it didn’t work out tonight. He’ll look to get going against Dallas next week, but Crowder is not a recommended fantasy option at the moment.
