Rob Kelley | Free Agent RB

Rob Kelley gets seven carries in Redskins’ loss.

Kelley started the game and received a couple early carries that he took for nice yardage immediately, but the Redskins went away from the running game and he didn’t get much work after that. Kelly gained 16 yards on his seven carries and also had two receptions for 14 yards. He gets the Cowboys in Week 8.

Tom Brady | Retired QB

Tom Brady goes over 300 yards as Patriots improve to 6-2.

Brady had another great game, picking apart the Chargers—including with 14 receptions going to his running backs underneath—and going 32/47 for 333 yards and a touchdown. New England did have to settle for six field goal attempts in the game, so it could’ve been a much bigger afternoon if the team was able to capitalize on their drives with touchdowns. The score was to non other than Rob Gronkowski by the goal line off a play-action fake. The most impressive part of the afternoon might have been an incompletion, as the 40-year-old Brady amazingly launched a pass 70 yards in the air on a deep end zone shot to Chris Hogan from about the Patriots’ own 30-yard line. Through eight games, the GOAT is on pace for 5,082 yards, 32 touchdowns, and four interceptions while completing 66.7% of his passes.

10/30/17 - 12:18 PM ET

Justin Hardy | Bears WR

Justin Hardy caught two passes for 21 yards in Sunday night’s loss to New England.

Hardy isn’t a fantasy option behind Julio Jones, Mohamed Sanu, and Taylor Gabriel. The Falcons play the Jets in Week 8.

10/23/17 - 04:13 PM ET

Jordan Matthews | Panthers TE

Jordan Matthews gets four targets against the Raiders.

Matthews caught three passes for 21 yards, and he hasn’t had more than three receptions in a game this season. He’ll make some key catches for the Bills this season, but Matthews doesn’t need to be on fantasy rosters right now.

10/30/17 - 01:17 PM ET

Orleans Darkwa | Free Agent RB

Orleans Darkwa gets 12 touches against Seattle.

Darkwa carried nine times for 35 yards and added three receptions for 13 yards in the Giants’ loss, as they couldn’t build on the great rushing performance against Denver a week ago—Seattle wasn’t going to be beaten by the running game of the Giants. New York has a bye before facing the Rams in Week 9.

10/23/17 - 03:35 PM ET

Carson Wentz | Free Agent QB

Carson Wentz, Eagles improve to 7-1 with win over the 49ers.

Wentz was 18/32 for 211 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. The Eagles weren’t at their best offensively, but they didn’t have to be against the winless Niners. At the season’s midway point, Wentz is a legitimate MVP candidate, as he’s on pace for 4,126 yards, 38 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions. He could face the toughest test of the season next Sunday, though, as the Denver defense will oppose him. Even at home, it might be best to look elsewhere for Week 9 fantasy lineups.

10/30/17 - 12:46 PM ET

Adam Thielen | Panthers WR

Adam Thielen scores in Week 8.

Thielen had another excellent game, catching five of ten targets for 98 yards and a touchdown against the Browns in London. Thielen’s touchdown was on a simple go route for 18 yards where he was cut loose by the Browns secondary and wide open in the end zone. The Vikings have a bye next week, but get Thielen right back into your lineup in Week 10.
