The Lions signed Chris Lacy.

Lacy will try to make the team again as depth at receiver, but his biggest contributions would likely come on special teams. Kenny Golladay, Marvin Jones, and Danny Amendola are obviously locked in as the starting trio for Matthew Stafford.

The Lions signed Wes Hills.

Hills appeared in just one game as a rookie, but he was able to score two short touchdowns for Detroit. He will now hope to stick around as depth behind Kerryon Johnson and rookie D’Andre Swift.

The Bears officially signed Rodney Adams.

Adams retired in 2018, but the 2017 fifth-round pick of the Vikings is officially back in the NFL. Adams can play both inside and outside, and he can also contribute in the return game. He’ll look to crack Chicago’s 53-man roster, but the practice squad could be a good landing spot if he’s cut at the end of the summer.

The Jaguars have placed Josh Oliver (foot) on injured reserve.

Oliver will have surgery on his broken foot, which could knock him out for the entire season. The second-year tight end has had trouble staying healthy to start his career, but hopefully he can eventually get on the field and make a difference for a young Jacksonville team.

The Jaguars activated Ryquell Armstead off the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Armstead cleared the league’s protocol and can finally join his teammates on the field. The second-year running back is an intriguing late-round or waiver-wire target in fantasy leagues as Leonard Fournette likely enters his last season with the Jaguars.

The Titans signed Krishawn Hogan.

Hogan was most recently with the Saints, making his first career reception last year against his new team. Hogan is six-foot-three and will look to help bring a size element to the Titans receiving corps.

The Titans signed Geoff Swaim.

It took Swaim a bit to find a new team, but the former Cowboys and Jaguars tight end will look to carve out a role as an extra blocker and situational receiver in Tennessee’s offense this summer.
