Rapoport says Harmon tore his ACL while training ahead of the start of training camp later this month. This is a real shame for a second-year receiver looking to carve out a big role on offense under a new coaching staff. We wish Harmon the best of luck on his recovery. He should be 100% by the start of training camp next summer. This injury could open the door for rookie fourth-rounder Antonio Gandy-Golden to have a big role on the outside for Washington this season.

The Bengals claimed Samaje Perine.
Perine rejoins the Bengals and rejoins former Oklahoma teammate Joe Mixon in Cincinnati, as it did not take him long to find a new team after the Dolphins waived him. Perine has the talent to win a role in the Bengals backfield, and he’s someone to keep an eye on, particularly if Mixon holds out for a new contract.

Cooper Kupp has changed his jersey number to #10.
Kupp’s reasoning can be read in the link below. This obviously doesn’t have a huge impact from a fantasy perspective, but fans might just want to know that Kupp will be sporting a new number in 2020. Also, Kupp says the new number (the number he wore in college) will help him “embrace the next stage in [his] career”, so look for him to continue working hard and playing at a high level for the Rams moving forward.

The Browns re-signed Rashard Higgins, according to multiple reports.
After the draft, Higgins is back in the mix for Cleveland, and he’ll compete for the No. 3 receiver role behind Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry. Higgins should benefit from the coaching staff change, as he seemingly fell out of favor with the previous regime despite making plays when given opportunities early in his career.

The Eagles have “penalized” DeSean Jackson for his anti-Semitic Instagram posts.
The Eagles released a statement saying that they penalized Jackson for conduct detrimental to the team, so it sounds like an undisclosed fine. For now, the veteran receiver remains on the roster and is expected to be on the team in 2020, but things can change throughout the summer. Clearly, the Eagles are not happy with Jackson (inaccurately) quoting Hitler earlier this week, and the franchise expects better from him moving forward.

The Texans exercised Deshaun Watson’s fifth-year option.
This was obviously a complete no-brainer for Houston, and Watson is now under contract through 2021. The Texans will also have the ability to use the franchise tag after Watson’s contract expires, but the two sides might be able to come to a long-term agreement at some point in the next 12-24 months.

The Jaguars are signing Mike Glennon, according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.
Glennon spent last year in Oakland, and he will now compete to backup Gardner Minshew as the No. 2 option on a depth chart that currently includes Joshua Dobbs and rookie Jake Luton. The veteran has made 22 career starts and will bring some added experience to the quarterback room for a young Jacksonville squad.
