Join now >DeSean Jackson (abdomen) officially remains out of practice.
Eagles head coach Doug Pederson says Jackson will continue working off to the side while rehabbing. The veteran receiver remains week-to-week and is unlikely to play in Week 8.

Chase Edmonds (hamstring) is likely out a few weeks, according to Tom Pelissero.
A multi-game absence for Edmonds certainly makes more sense of the landing spot for Kenyan Drake with David Johnson (ankle) also banged up, and the second-year back may suddenly not even be worth rostering for those who can’t stash him on IR. That said, if there’s a stretch for him to miss, this would be it with two games against San Francisco and one against Tampa Bay.

The Titans waived Dalyn Dawkins.
The Titans are making a couple of roster moves ahead of tomorrow’s Week 8 matchup against the Bucs, and Dawkins is being let go for now. We’d expect Dawkins to land back on Tennessee’s practice squad or active roster relatively soon.

The Patriots are re-signing Cody Kessler, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
New England is going back to three quarterbacks on the active roster, as Kessler will re-join Tom Brady and rookie Jarrett Stidham. Clearly, the Patriots are pretty high on Kessler’s ability, and the former third-round pick has played well when given the opportunity in the NFL.

Rex Burkhead (foot) is officially listed as questionable for Week 8.
Burkhead hasn’t appeared in a game since September, so the Patriots would like to get him back before October ends; but it’s a toss-up as to whether he will play this week against the Browns. The Patriots kickoff at 4:25 PM ET.

Miles Sanders (shoulder) is day-to-day.
The rookie running back is thought to be fine and should be ready to go for this Sunday against the Bears. We’ll update you if he’s listed on the final Week 9 injury report this Friday, but expect Sanders to be limited in practice throughout the week before playing without limitation versus the Bears.

The Titans promoted Kalif Raymond to the active roster.
Tennessee adding another receiver to the 53-man roster could indicate they plan to attack the Buccaneers more through the air tomorrow as opposed to Tampa’s No. 1 ranked run defense. Regardless, Raymond is not a highly recommended fantasy option for Week 8.
